It did no good at all to build a new location for Zaxbys in Shelby. The food has gotten worse. The management is terrible. The second lane in the new drive through is NEVER open with cars lined up around the building. The workers are unprofessional and have no experience in customer service. The food is always wrong now. Takes forever to get your order even when they are slow. Don’t go to Zaxbys in Shelby
So the good thing about this visit is that even though the drive-through was wrapped around the building they were still very fast. Now the bad part is that they were out of white cheddar bites, so I ordered a basket of Texas toast instead and it was cold and kind of hard. I just don't know how do you could serve that to someone that only ordered Texas toast.
They were out of cheddar bites. My salad was supposed to be without cucumbers. It had them. Luckily I’m not allergic. Drink was not correct.
Food here is always correct and employees are kind. I like the rasberry lemonade. Its the only place I know of that serves it.
Yesterday, Feb 14, ordered Cobb salad with blackened chicken, good as usual. Also ordered fried mushrooms and fried cheese, both had to be thrown away due to very old smelly oil they were fried in.
Great place to eat, all the people who work here are exceptionally friendly and respectful. I saw them treat police officers with the same if not more hospitality when they walked in. I recommend coming here to everybody.
I ordered last night on the app. Online order. But the time to pick up was 10:45 am this morning. I called and spoke to Blair. What a pleasant person she is. She solved my issue in about 1 minute when I came in the store. Everyone in this restaurant is pleasant and professional. It's nice to do business with nice people.
Chicken is crunchy, fries were cold and soggy, sauce order incorrect and customer service is bland. Unsure why anyone would bother wasting money at this place. Take a pass save some money and maybe a tooth because it is not a good kind of crunch.
Staff were friendly, food was delicious. One of our best Zaxby in-restaurant experiences in a while.
