We asked to do 2 separate orders as there were two paying parties in the car. He said we couldn't do that, because they are understaffed?? We got to the window and he says absolutely nothing. Puts his hand out grabs the card shuts the window. Gives us our food closes the window. Really oddThis was around 10:30pmManager was taking orders btw.Fries were unsalted and the baked potato tasted funny.
Drive thru was terrible and the staff forgot half of my order and the dining room was closed with a line wrapped around the building. I felt bad for them but they weren't even trying to get it done right
I am a visiting my grandchildren her and was offering food for them when they got a little rowdy,I told them to behave and sit down and continued our order when an elderly man in line punched me in my kidney and told me to take care of my kids. I was appalled to say the least. The employees did nothing at all. Never again.
Absolute best burger in the fast food chain industry. Taste just like a burger from a Mom and Pop's restaurant. Always hot and fresh. And the people are just super nice everytime !!!!
I'm visiting Shelby North Carolina and I stoped her for lunch and the drive thru was long but went fast ... The only thing was my french fries was not cooked all the way and they didn't give me straws for my drinks which I ordered for drinks that came with our meals ? . all in all just make sure you check you food and make sure you have what you ask for and make sure you food is cooked all the way as well .

Burger was room temperature with refrigerator cold sauce. Not edible. Fries were a little warmer than the burger but not edible either. I know they have help problems, but they would be better off to just close.
Great place to eat. Their fries are really good. Head & shoulders over McDonald’s! Friendly crew with fast service. Highly recommend this place.
Manager and a worker couldn't understand diet Fuze tea with lemon. It took me being smart asked for them to get there's a button for that and it's mixed together in the machine already. At least they got my food right
Fast and friendly service, got my order correct. Indoor area was clean and the electric fireplace was a nice touch.
