The food is amazing! I have tried different things on their menu and it’s ALL good. This is our go to place whenever passing by Shelby. The staff is not rude but not so welcoming either; however the good food makes up for it. They need to open more locations in Charlotte and expand.
One of Shelby’s little hidden gems! The building may not look like much from the outside, but don’t let that stop you from going in. Everything is very clean, the staff super professional, and holy cow…the FOOD is GREAT. I had the lamb gyro with fried okra and my husband had the chicken fried steak with the best chips I’ve had in a long time. Everything came out tasting super fresh and piping hot. They have so much variety on their menu, and we will definitely come back to try more things! Definitely recommend if you haven’t tried it!!!
I really like the chicken ranch, me and my boyfriend wanted to try something new, because we were tired of going to the same places. Their burgers are amazing; we go through the drive thru and it doesn't take long at all, the fries also scrumptious. We've only had their burgers, mac and cheese and fries but that's enough to give them 5 stars. The people are also really sweet, and the drive thru lady remembers us after a few visits! Very wholesome.
Stopped here for wings on my way to a job site. The menu said wings are served with either fries or chips and ranch. So I ordered 6 wings with fries and ranch. At the window they charged me $2.50 extra for the fries and didn't give me any ranch.... also my food came in a sonic bag for some reason... just save your money and go somewhere else
Everything taste delicious! We DoorDash at least once a week and everything is always cooked perfectly and packaged well for travel. The sweet tea is straight from Heaven ? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly reccomend
Ordered gyros and were inedible and disgusting and unlike any gyro I've ever eaten and then when I told staff that the gyros were basically empty of ingredients I was told that's the standard. After some back and forth they took them back to fix them and just glossed a bunch of lettuce and sauce in them one only had one piece of meat. Will not be going back.
I like the choices of food on the menu. I have eaten there before and all i can say is that the amount of food and the prices are good. They just need to lighten up on the amount of salt is used in the preparation of the meals
First time getting them and it wasn't the best experience. I got a gyro and the pita was cooked and crispy in some parts and uncooked and raw in others. The inconsistency meant when I picked it up the crispy parts weighed down the pita and a bunch of ingredients fell out. Lettuce in the Pita was not fresh. Just had a bunch of wilted scraps. Gyro tasted good though so least edible. However I got a side of fries with it that I had even more trouble with and this time around .. Actually inedible. Fries for one where soggy. I like them with a crunch. Also I am not quite sure how they prepare there fries but one I got to had a funky taste too it. No lie it tasted like a super potent mushroom which really threw me off and had me gagging. Maybe i got a bad batch but I was really let down because I was looking forward to trying this place.
Absolutely fantastic, that's the short review.I've been here multiple times, each time the wait time has been short, the food has tasted phenomenal, and the prices are consistently easy on the wallet, no matter what you order. This is the kind of place you bring the whole family to, because they literally serve almost everything.
We heard this was one of the best little chicken places in town. Well they lived up to their name. Their wings were very crispy and the sauce was right on point. The staff was extremely friendly and kind and very cheerful. The chef came out and heard that it was our first time there and made some special sauce for us and asked us what we thought. We gave him a double thumbs up. But more importantly the fact that he came out to introduce himself and thank us for trying them out meant the world to us.Prices were extremely reasonable and the quality of the food was off the charts. The hot sauce is really hot I’d recommend trying one down before the top of the scale.Really good food looking forward to going there again!
