45 minutes late getting an online order and the order was not correct. What several people go in and out and order from the counter while I waited for my pickup order. Would Love for the owner to contact me about customer service .

Is every restaurant in Boiling Springs, NC incompetent? As a former service employee with a 4.5 star rating and more repeat customers than most of the managers whom employed me, I try not to be too critical. I am well aware of the pressure behind the counter, grill, and service floor. Yet, seems no one cares enough to attempt to listen to their customers. Heaven forbid you have to call them when your order is messed up. Not only did my Melt come back with absolutely no meat what so ever, which is sad given I know the lingo. Wrote it exactly as you would taking an order by phone in their terms, but upon calling to question the order. I get some short rude attitude from the employee. This isn't the first time either. I can understand once, but every single time? Seriously?!?! I do not recommend subway in boiling springs to anyone unless you need to be irritated
Awful service, I don’t think the 2 women knew what they were doing at all. There were only 4 people in front of me when I came in and it still took 40 minutes for me to get my order. Long story short I will not be eating there again.
