Worked there it's horrible don't recommend horrible employees and nasty
My family and I went to eat here around 8:20pm got our food and sat down to eat with our kids and at 8:59 the lady that works there came to every single person in there and said we had to leave because they were closed!! She literally wanted us to stop eating and leave and that she has been there all day and wants to go home and that she isn't from NC and don't want friends here!! she wanted everyone out!!! My little girl was literally crying saying she wanted to go home because of this!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! I don't know where this lady is from but she should go back to where ever that is!!!
By far the worst subway I have EVER been to! Horrible customer service and horrible sandwich making skills!
I felt bad for the guy that was working there because his help called in sick and he was trying to work by himself however that does not excuse the fact that the bread was horrible never heated up my steak and have to stuff was wilted or looks bad.Save your money and your stomach and avoid this place until owner or management gets it right
If I could give no stars I would. Hours stated here say they close at 11 pm. We went in a 9:40 pm and were told they could not serve us because they close at 10. We had a grocery buggy full of food and was trying to order to go. Which would have only taken at most 10-12 minutes to put a couple sandwiches together. We were turned away 20 minutes before they said they close, yet Google shows them not closing until 11. Very rude and unprofessional. Not like you have to cook the food to order. Lady literally could have slapped some meat on some sub bread, added our toppings and let us pay and go.
Waited for 15 minutes for the worker to come out from the back...didnt give us napkins or anything else. Also had to repeat our order 10 times before she got it right.
Staff not very pleasant, order was alright, felt hurried.

When I thought good customer service and professionalism was a thing of the past. I must say John has shown me that good customer service and professionalism is still out there.
Literally the slowest customer service I've ever had in Subway. Took me 37 minutes to get three subs when I was the only one in line.
