Not a bad place in terms of customer service or drink orders… BUT THIS PLACE HAS THE LOUDEST AND WORST MUSIC OPTIONS IVE EVER HEARD. They blast the music so loud even if you have headphones and then the music isn’t even good. It will literally give you a headache. I can see why no one chooses to stay here and study frequently. I would spend a lot more time here if they turned the music down and also didn’t literally play reggae.
I usually come here about once a week to order an iced coffee and it is always consistent in flavor. The staff are always nice too. The downside is, the hours are completely wrong on the app. I’ve been several times at 1 - 2 pm and they’re closed. Since this is a new location, it makes no sense why they close at the most random hours. It’s also really hard to do mobile orders at this location. Because the app tells you that the store is closed or cannot take mobile orders at this time. I’m not sure if the staff have control of that, but it’s really inconvenientedit 6/29/2022: the place has been completely different for the past few months. the staff is always kind and friendly, even if there’s a big rush. my drink is always right and filled to the top.

Very kind staff they didn't have the caramel cold brew coffee but they recommended something else and it was pretty delicious I appreciate y'all's kindness thank you for doing a great job
Wonderful coffee but I have to say they're usually out of the breakfast items even though they supposedly serve all day breakfast.

This location Never has products for certain drinks in stock. We have tried over a year of visiting same location multiple times and every visit it never fails that you can not order for something being out of stock. Kings mountain ingles location is the best location they are always fully stocked and great customer service will not return here again
