Took my wife out for our anniversary at Ruby Tuesday’s on July 14th. I ordered 1/2 rack ribs with fries and she ordered a hamburger, two salad bars, and tea. The total bill including a tip was $50.00. The Berger and salad was good, but th ribs were tough and dry and possibly left over from earlier and warmed over. I have eaten ribs before at the same place and always good.
the wife and I went to ruby Tuesday this evening. we both ordered the rib trio. when the food arrived mine didn't have the shrimp or chicken. they arrived after I had eaten my ribs. overall it's was very disappointing, and over priced. then to top it all the waitress had a attitude, like she didn't want to be there. I doubt that we will go back
Had to wait 35 minutes to be seated and nobody else was waiting in line. Ordered water with no lemon and there were 3 pieces of lemon in each water. Ordered the 6 Oz sirloin steaks and 1 of them was nothing but fat. People working were pretty unorganized. Dirty dishes sitting all around bar area. Got no refills on our water. Needless to say, won't be going back there.
My husband and I had dinner at Ruby Tuesdays tonight. Our server Mark was amazing. I have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays many times in different cities never been disappointed. Tonight the corn chowder was not up to par and our server picked up on it right away without me asking about it right. He was so nice and ready to make sure we had everything we needed. Need more Mark’s
Very dissatisfied with our food. Asked several times for the salad bar to be replenish. When they finally did replenish it, they still were out of a lot of the items on the salad bar. Also our nachos were no where near what the picture on the menu showed and were missing some ingredients. No paper towels in men's bathroom. Women's bathroom had a bottle of dawn dish detergent to wash your hands with.*Wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful. *
The restaurant was almost empty, and it was ot clean as it should have been. The waitress was very friendly a d attentive. I will not patronize this establishment again. The restaurant did not have acceptable COVID protocol.The food was good, but I will not risk my safety or health to return ... ?
We wanted the Salad barr, before dinner!Couldn't find a clean plate! Never had this happen before.The manager took back a load of dishes to be re washed! Disgusting! Won't ever eat there again! Canceled dinner!
The food was good but the service and the work environment were not. It was difficult to talk to my husband because the staff was out of control. There was a female employee that was ridiculously loud and having unprofessional conversations at our expense. I couldn't identify who was the manager or who was the servers because no one was correcting them. I would say they but the young lady had her friends come in to eat at the bar and they were so loud our focus was not on conversating at the table, or the 5 TVs up above but on watching them. At one point this employee was counting down her register; she and a gentleman from the kitchen were talking about stealing and that she had a firearm to protect her if someone tried to come for her. The overall appearance of the staff was also not appropriate for a workplace. These ladies look as if they rolled out of bed and came to work.This was not a safe environment to work in or guess. It took everything in me not to say anything but my husband said let's just eat and get back on the road.Very displease that this behavior is acceptable.
First coming in, we were seated by the bar where all the workers were eating and being loud when there was plenty of room on the quieter side. The virgin drinks we ordered were sour and honestly quite nasty. The salad bar was almost empty and what was up there was old and slightly bitter. My chicken was barely cut up the dish had no flavor and my fiancés was bland and burnt. And we found a hair in my fiancés Philly cheesesteak. The best part of the meal was the cheddar broccoli soup.
We were there in mid afternoon, very few customers. Had the small sirloin steak, medium rare, cooked perfect. Waitresses and staff were great. Chow was so good I ate the crumbs out of my plate. I'll be back.
