Took my son for lunch. The food was good. Everything looked clean. The staff was very friendly. They offered to make any pizza we requested, but we didn't request anything. I really liked the cheese bread and marinara sauce. The macaroni and cheese was also very good. They had lots of choices for my son. We both at for $15 plus tax and tip.

How do I give this place a minus star rating? I'm writing this at 1:50AM in the morning because the indigestion and diarrhea this place gave me woke me up at 1AM feeling like I was dying and now I can't sleep because it's so bad.I took my family there for lunch yesterday,Saturday and I have to say they have a lot of nerve charging 11:29 per person for what they call a pizza buffet.First off, they kept us waiting longer than any other place in town just to be sitted, and the only thing on the buffet that didn't look like it had been sitting under a hot lamp drying out for 2 days was the salad bar,but in spite of how it looked my son's were starving so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.Which turned out to be one of the worst mistakes I've ever made. Everything but the salad was bad either it was cold or so dried out and hard you couldn't even chew it,even the chocolate pudding was dried out,the meatballs were swimming in water, half hard on one side and damp and soggy on the other, the pasta dishes were so dried out and hard they were disgusting and the pizza was dried out and hard, the soup looked like someone had already eaten it and threw it back up in the container, and even the dessert dishes were hard and dry, nothing there was good or fresh, except maybe the salad. And the waitresse we had couldn't keep our drink order straight and only cleared the table one time during the whole meal, and my husband has to chase her down to get drink refillsI would have demanded to speak to the manager regarding the 11:29 per person fee for the garbage meal and lousy service we got but it was obvious to me that either there was no management on staff or they just didn't care about serving fresh, quality food and good service in the first place because if they had been there and did in fact care,we wouldn't have had been served horrible food with terrible service to start with,so I decided even before the indigestion and diarrhea woke me up at 1AM to write this review as a warning to anyone who can see it. If you plan to go to Pizza Inn for the lunch buffet do so with caution or you could be the next person calling in sick to work the next day.I myself wouldn't go back there if the food was free and the management was paying me to eat it.

The level of service has gone down here. My bf and I were there Saturday, Jan 29 at about 630ish. They had a sign on the door saying the buffet would be closing at 8pm. Looking at the buffet when we went in you'd have thought it was close to 8 already. The girl who seated us walked like she had the weight of the world on her shoulders, hunched over, not friendly. Got us our drinks and that was it. Another server came by to ask the obligatory, do you have a special pizza request? I said no, not right now because I had just filled up a plate. No one else ever came and checked on us or asked how things were. At about 650p, a church group of approx. 12-15 people came in and asked about being seated. The manager basically told them she wouldn't or couldn't turn any tables to seat a group that big and the buffet was ending at 8p. Really? You just turned down roughly $300 in sales on a Saturday night because you didn't feel like turning some tables around? Both of our tea glasses were completely empty by this point. We signaled the girl that seated us twice. I finally picked up both glasses and went up to the bar where a girl was refilling the spaghetti and requested a refill. I very loudly said, pretty sad when you have to request service from the only employee who appears to be working. Because she quite literally was the only one who wasn't walking around doing nothing except the girl making the pizzas. There was no new pizza or dessert pizza added to the buffet since we walked in and it was now almost 7p. Another employee in pigtails overheard my comment and things quite visibly picked up pace. I am assuming the girl in pigtails was the "manager." She was the same one who turned away the church group. Suddenly, things were being filled on the buffet and new pizzas started coming out. They were not that busy and this is a buffet. Kinda hard to act like there's a lot of customer service when the customers serve themselves. Basically, keep drinks full and fresh food on the buffet is the only thing going on. They failed which is pretty sad especially on a Saturday.

My family and I ate here for lunch about a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time eating here in about 15 years. The buffet had the usual items (pizza, pasta, salad & toppings, appetizers & dessert pizzas). We got there soon after they opened so there weren't many pizza options on the buffet but our server asked if we would like a particular pizza (we did), and they were made and put out on the buffet for us. Overall, the pizza was very good... I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was also friendly. My family and I definitely will be back!

Its ok. The floor was covered in trash. Napkins, straw paper and food crumbs. We went through 3 plates before we found one that wasn't dirty. There were no napkins in any of the dispensers. The pizza they brought out fresh was good but there were so many people waiting on fresh food you were lucky to get a piece. We walked in at 7pm. Google said they close at 9. Waitress said they now close at 8. They changed it a few weeks ago. Maybe that's why the entire place looked disgusting and every pizza minus 1 looked like it had been on the bar all day long. Maybe lunch hours are better.

Waitress was rude and no one filled our drinks or cleared our table. barely had any pizza out, whenever they would bring out one pan at a time 2 people would hover it and take the whole pie. Saw a lady bring out buckets for the salad bar which is very unsanitary. Also proceeded to put the new food over the old. which is very uncalled for in the food industry. me and my brother got sick right after. the cheese and toppings would fall off and as i put my finger on the dough there would be some sticking to my finger. meaning it’s very undercooked. will not be back and do not recommend unless you plan on burning a few pounds by throwing up later on

Lived in Cleveland county my whole life. Not sure why this is my first time going here. Wasn't disappointed with food quality. I also understand being understaffed and not having 100% cleanliness. They also would check and see if there was any thing we wanted and would drop it for us. It was primarily the customers that irritated me. When I requested a pizza 2 people took the ENTIRE PIZZA. WHY???

Was horrible pizza took forever to come out and then big group took all of it before we could get any we got stuck eating cold pizza told Manger they could of cared less they weren't even that bizuy don't wast ur time waitress was horrible she come by to check on us maby 1 time in and a hour or so

There was no garlic butter crust. The crust that was on the bar was dried cracker crust. The server only asked if we wanted a certain pizza. We were not offered wings, stromboli (we didn't even know about the stromboli!), or anything else. After we got our drinks the staff disappeared until the pizza was brought to the bar then no one else till we were done and went to pay our ticket.

Wonderful polite employees and an overwhelming salad bar with everything one could imagine. All you can eat , and a drink for only 12.65 .I consumed so much I thought I was going to be sick.Fantastic food.
