Absolute trash the worst pizza place in Shelby have literally screwed up my pizzas every time I have ordered there! #Done #dominos
Driver did not get out of car to deliver food. I know because I was outside watching. Manager was not helpful. Refunded money.. ok cool. But customer service sucked and no they will not be getting a tip, when they bring it back.
Easy process, store clean and well lit, and the people were courteous and efficient. Of course, the pizza is the best, hands down.

Was emailed my order was ready and it wasn’t. While waiting inside employees were full on screaming at each other ??? And also getting orders mixed up. And had pizza boxes on the floor and watched him move them to the shelf and I just feel like storing boxes on the FLOOR that peoples food is going into is gross.
I haven’t ordered a Papa John pizza in about three years so I saw the New York style pizza commercial and I decided to order one and it was a large pizza for only $13.00 and it was very good.
Fast, hot and fresh. Loved the Papadilla.
