I got off a 3rd shift job and pulled up to the drive through and waited for like 10 minutes. There was like 5 cars waiting and we eventually realized that they were not going to take any orders but there were people inside. Their hours said open at 6 and it was like 20 after... I tried the door and it was locked.

Off peak hours food. Old nuggets are not good eats. Two of the 3 TMs waiting on drive-thru were very nice.

Staff inexperienced, drive thru speaker system not functioning correctly.\\n\\nThe food was disgusting, I always order quarter pounder with extra pickle, so it is cooked hot and fresh. They slapped a cold piece of cheese on an old burned burger, meat had smell to it.\\n\\nManager at consumer concern phone number could care less about the issue.\\n\\nIf you patronize this location you are not getting your money worth. There are plenty of fast food chains to use on 74 highway in Shelby. What happened to McDonald's chain serving it your way.\\n\\nVery poor business practice.

Never gets orders right and my fries are never hot, unless I check them at the window to see if they are hot. If not send them back at the window to get hot ones, before I pull away

Service was fast but almost every table and some chairs were very dirty. Cleanliness is an issue. All the trash cans were full as well.

It took forever for someone to make my order the only thing they are apparently attending to is the drive-thru. I been waiting for 20 min before someone saw me and when I got the order the fries were cold and the cheeseburger not fresh, crispy chicken older than ever. Terrible “service”. Worst experience ever at McDonald’s.

Dont waste your time going here, its either always smarta** attitudes or horrible food. Burnt patties, poorly made burgers cold fries i mean you name it. I work in fast food as well and know its rough but this is past ridiculous.

No one there has any customer service skills, but on their behalf no one much anywhere does, it is a lost art. Little advice, the custo.er comes first, the customer is always right. Never angry with the customer, period!

Order pay at window park #2 food delivered to car all in 9 min top service fresh. HOT food lettuce crispy tomato perfect straws. napkins. A +

They are slow for one. I have set there for 20 minutes with no one in front of me. They do not cook there food all the way done. It has happened several and now I'm saying something about it. I do not recommend this restaurant
