I order online and I didn’t see that I had to put the crazy breads with the crazy sauce and i only put the crazy breads the one thing I didn’t like , was that they are at the same price and I ask one of the employees if I could have a crazy sauce and they didn’t give it to me just because I didn’t put that I wanted it with the sauce in the order. I know i didn’t put it on my order but why did they give it to me if they are at the same price.
98% of the times my pizza is great but that 2% at times they don't put enough tomato sauce , maybe they need to put a bit more , I like y'all's sauce ??

Place stays busy, plenty of help but very slow pace be prepared to wait 30 plus Mins for a reg pepperoni pizza
We ordered 3 pizzas and they were out in under 15 minutes while the store was super busy. Very pleased
After being the best employee to walk into little Caesars Shelby where the employees are mostly addicts the "GM" had me transfered to the Kings Mountain location where this happened.... These are text from the General manager in the Kings Mountain NC store firing female employees bc they won't sleep with him his name is Bryan Koonce I continue to tell him to stop texting me and he only has my # bc I worked there it's really disturbing.. I blame the district manager bc he is a freaking joke and when I told him about the problem he said he would simply transfer me to the Gastonia store I just threw my hands up with it and decided to not work for obvious idiots
I do the portal pick up to advoid the line. Staff is always friendly and their pizzas are delious and cheap
This place needs hospitality BAD. Employees are disrespectful and act like it's a burden to serve their customers. Bypass this place if you want respect.
This used to be the worst Little Caesars I had ever been to. The last two pizzas I had gotten there were so bad I had sworn I would never go back. I saw an ad recently that said that location had reopened so I decided to give it a try And I am so glad I did. New friendly people. The pizza was super good with a fair amount of ingredients. 5 star improvement and I will pass on the word.
