I was spoken to very rudely. The customer service here was terrible. I asked if I could get ice cream, use the restroom to wash my hands and eat outside since I had my dog with me. The guy said I could buy ice cream but could not use the restroom. How is it okay for me to buy ice cream but not utilize the restroom to wash my hands? I understand this is not a facility for dogs; I simply wanted to wash my hands get ice cream and eat outside. My dog is well behaved and has been through a training program. We were not bothering anyone. I walk uptown every week and other businesses have allowed me the curtesy. They normally compliment my dogs good behavior. I will never visit this place again.
We came into town Sunday, January 23rd, to look at a house & wanted to try this little coffee shop. We used online ordering so that it would be ready when we got there. When we arrived it wasn't too busy & it was 3 employees working. We were a few minutes after the time it stated it would be ready, but stood there waiting, for the guy working to say he honestly forgot to do the online order. Appreciated his honesty. But he had to turn around to 2 other females who weren't in the making area & ask what was going on. Apparently one of the girl's dad was arrested & some others from their family were getting arrested as well because the police were at their house. Okay, stuff happens but you're at work with paying customers waiting.We ordered two cold drinks, Signature Iced Coffee & an iced Mexican Coffee. My husband's Mexican Coffee was handed to him hot, not iced & my Signature drink was more like milk with a splash of coffee, instead of coffee with a splash of milk. My husband enjoyed his though it was hot, but I couldn't handle drinking half & half as there was really no coffee taste. I'm sure this was a bad day given the other reviews, but if we're back in the area this won't be our stop for coffee. Gave it 2 stars because it was a cute little coffee shop & online ordering is convenient, when it's not forgotten about.
First time trying this place! Abby, the barista, was very cheerful and welcoming. I tried an iced peppermint mocha and it was delicious. Not too sweet. I'll definitely be back. Didn't hang around, but seemed like a relaxing atmosphere.
Good selection and great service. They have ice cream too. The milkshake with espresso added was very good.

My son recovering from neck surgery wanted a chocolate milkshake, I purchased it there and it looked wonderful took it to him He's home convalescing.
