I was there at lunch time. I went I to the lobby no one was at front counter. A person was at the drive through register I stood at the front they never looked at me. That person just looked at their cell phone. I made my phone ring so they could hear it. A young girl came out of the office and asked me if I needed something. I say I wanted to order food. So she went to the person looking at their phone. That person told her I had to come to the drive through. I show her my rollback truck told them it wouldn't fit through drive through. The girl walk back over to person looking at phone . Them that person told her I had to walk around the building to get my food. I went outside and lefted. The person at drive through never looked up from their phone.i was the only person at KFC it was lunch time . No customers.
Showed up at 7:53 and we were informed they were closed already. Hours at the store and online are wrong or they closed early..
I had just ordered $42 worth of food there my chicken look like it was halfway eating my fries was not even cooked all the way the mashed potatoes was cold I was very disappointed I'm a regular customer there and I never had this problem before somebody can contact me and let me know something if there are low of staff or they are just having a bad day what's up people
The black gentleman who manages this establishment is absolutely phenomenal. The female functional cr*ckhead that was given the title of manager is not fit to lead a team of ants let alone workers. She has a history of sleeping with her coworkers (??) and begging for rides & money on the job because she blows her paychecks on men & hard dope. Random drug test her on the spot & she'll fail. She has no morals, integrity, self respect and NO SPINE.
I understand that they are short-handed and that's why the dining room isn't open but they have the door's unlocked for online orders so they should have a sign on the door saying that the Lobby is closed. That said they were very, very nice and the coleslaw I got is the best coleslaw that I've had from KFC and I don't even know how long!
Always on point, usually only order for two so it's always correct. Employees are nice and hardworking.
They annoy me with their slowness. I mean sometimes I wonder if they are butchering the chicken themselves?! You could be the only one at the drive thru and they will still take extremely long..
They actually got my order right, that was nice. I ordered four chicken tenders, and mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. The biscuit was dry and not edible. And of the four pieces of chicken I literally threw away two and a half. Complete garbage. Don't waste your time going to this KFC. I will never go back.
Have to pay to get the sides you want and then you don't get the sides you ask for. Then call to say something about it and they answer and hang up without saying anything. Will not be going back. Gave it a star cause you can't give anything less.
Good chicken, who doesn't like fried chicken, they are good folks out there.
