First let me point out that my husband and I are on a very tight and fixed income. Also I have been waiting for more than a yearto have extra money to go to Jimmy John's to have a good Italian sandwich. We are originally from NJ and been in NC for 23 yearsnever found a place that put italian meat on italian subs (go figure) Being an Italian-Sicilian, I was very excited about andlooking forward to it.Finally we had extra money expecting about $20 for 2 subs like at Subway or our local place. we were beside ourselves when we saw $15.99 and $13.99for each of our sandwiches. I was ready to leave but my husband said to me since you have been wanting to try it, let's treat ourselves. The girls at the counter didn't know exactly what was in the sandwiches and it took several times to explain which one, how large(we always get the biggest to fill for 2 meals each) I got the #9 and couldn't wait for the capicola! my husband got the #2which I have attached photos to show little meat and not what we asked for. He said no mayo, oil and vinegar. They onlyput oil and 2 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of cheese (charged extra) lettuce and didn't get the tomato he asked for! incomplete sandwichFor mine, I ask you have you ever heard of an italian sub with mayo...it always comes with oil AND vinegar! yes they did not put onions as requestedbut barely any meat or cheese, some lettuce and I had asked for tomato as well, no tomato! It is one thing not getting what's ordered when 2 subs come to about $15-20 dollars for both. So, when the 2 sandwiches come to$33.90 for 2... DOUBLE THE PRICE and no what is ordered, and barely anything on it...I think there is something wrong with that store, all of your stores, or your policies. Do you have any idea how much groceries, even a 1/2 tank of gas for my small car I just wasted!I will NEVER go to a Jimmy John's again nor will I ever give any good review via word of mouth to anyone!
Ordered Saturday online. 3 out of 5 sandwiches were made incorrect and I don't like how my sandwich made my stomach feel. I really dislike not leaving a 5 star review bc y'all were my favorite when you tried but I really really dislike spending this much time in the bathroom. Please get better soon, until then I'll be making my sandwiches at home.
Straight from out the car smoking pot…… To the register, then making sandwiches…. All while not washing his filthy disgusting hands… And sporting a wife beater that looks like it had been drug down the road for the last 50 miles. The town of trash!
Walked in at 830 and was told they had already packed up and couldn't serve me. Google says open til 9. Staff is borderline rude most of the time as well. Avoid this location.
I'm usually satisfied with Jimmy Johns delivery service but today was awful. I didn't get my lunch until an hour and a half later. I was at work and wasn't able to eat after it arrived. But then when I called the store the girl answering the phone was disrespectful!
The sandwich I received was BUSSIN. Special shout-out to Layne Sparks for making it.
I do not know why I keep coming here. I guess it's relentless optimism, but seriously.. nearly every time I order here, (approximatly 75% of the times I have ordered) I received *random* food in its place. At this point it's a joke at my house.I ordered a turkey tom, add cucumber.. I got a bacon sandwich? Took it back and explained it was supposed to be #4, add cucumber..I left with a bacon sandwich, which they added a tiny amount of turkey to. Normally I'd shrug is off, but I'm Jewish, I don't eat bacon, and it's kind of offensive at this point, the consistency with which you guys cannot make basic sandwiches.I give up this time.
Stopped for lunch after church very rude staff
Good but soggy, not like other JJ I go to
Did not get what I ordered, paid for extras on the sub that were not put on ,was talked to as if it were a burden that was in the store, they need to work on additude
