I love the food but you never know what you'll get with the staff. Some are rude and a lot of times they are out of what you might want. They are supposed to be 24hrs but must times when you go late they tell you they won't be open for a few hrs because of the system. I went after getting off of third shift one morning craving a breakfast burrito they told me they wasn't open and when I drove around the employees were standing outside of their vehicles in the middle of two cars smoking marijuana
Just went to this JnB location and my food was great! It seems like there was only one person in there and he was on point. Older gentleman, took my order hit the kitchen (drop) came back before I pulled up (took cash) dipped back (check timers temps, etc.) Came back with food. I can dang near say that's definitely what happened cause I've been there before so much respect. Some restaurants don't move as fast as he did alone tonight (4/9/22 ticket says 5:23a.m) with 5 employees at night and 2 cars lol If I had it tonight he definitely deserved a tip. So best I can do until I can come back thru is to give the man a shout out.
Don't go here, I ended up waiting in line for 15 minutes without any movement from the line. Really rude employees, not to mention slow... they don't do their job correctly.
Late night stop. Fries were greasy, food was flavorless, tea was poured out due to taste. One star because drive thru people were friendly and efficient.
Has severely gone down hill the last few years. Half the time it's not fit to eat, the other half it's really good. Seems they rarely change out grease, and are constantly sold out of everything, even sweet tea or fried items. They are constantly rude, and the one or two people you meet who aren't rude usually don't work there very long. I used to eat here several times a week but now it's a last resort once every few months, please work on consistency
I have been by there at least 6 times between 5am and 5:30 am to order breakfast before work and every time they state that their system is down. They need to figure out the problem.

Come on Jack...open your dining room. Even Bojangles finally did. Oh, and you don't have a working telephone so I couldn't call and find out if your dining room was open and had to walk over there just to find out your dining room isn't open.Did I mention the dining room isn't open? It's not.
Was treated rude in the drive-thru and rushed when I wasn't complete with my order. Will never come here again.
