I recently have had to rely on this establishment to furnish me with my daily bread. I look forward to my mornings there after being in the hospital with my wife all night, the drive through operaters are the best in Cleveland, and the food is from the very top shelf, and served so hot you can barely eat it.Thanks for holding such high standards. 10 stars for the entire staff. .Till next time, Keep up the good work!
Terrible, just terrible. We waited too long for the fries to be cold and the burgers where nasty. The thick burger used to be delicious. If this restaurant don't get it together, they will end up closed .
I got food poison your need to cook fresh food instead of refried it someone going died health dept need to come in I never eat there again
Food was cold. Cashier had literally no personality. Even when I was overly nice to her, saying please and thanks… nothing. No thank you, your welcome, no smile, literally nothing. Tried not to give me a straw but I noticed right before she shut the window, so I said I need a straw, which is normally where anyone would have said oh I'm sorry... Oh not her. The receipt says the cashiers name is trinity, she looked I have kind of short dark brown or black hair kind of wavy. The food was warm enough to be edible so I didn't go back into complain, I would just like to recommend that you encourage your staff to see if you please and thank you's and make sure people are good before you shut the window. This was a friendly reminder to myself of why I haven't eaten at Hardee's in six months.
Great staff and management they’re always happy to help big thanks to Mr. Williams he’s the best guy ever and that smile is worth coming back for excellent customer service food is always fresh and delicious .
30+ minute wait on a order just to finally receive room temperature food. Ya'll gotta do better ?
Can't ever get our order right and you can't discipline incompetent employees because they might cry and quit. This experience seems to be normal these days at all fast food locations.

Almost always gets my order wrong. Staff is friendly though. Just not worth the price in my opinion although there mushroom swiss burger is amazing, when they get it right. Always willing to fix your order though, just check your bag before you leave. Shelby location across from hospital.
Long line, quick turnaround. Biscuits were fresh, kinda assembled willy nilly, but tasted great. Service was incredible. It is worth the early morning wait
