Great place to go if you want to see a bunch of people who don't know what good food is eat like it's going out of style. Everything is canned or Frozen. True story - my parents, like other senior citizens, come to this place because they think it's real food. I was sitting at the table waiting on my parents to finish. One of the cooks in the back comes out and around and goes to the restroom. I just happened to see that he has kitchen gloves on, which is a good thing. I didn't think anything about it. Few minutes later he comes back from the restroom, and something unusual caught my eye. He was still wearing the same gloves! He walked right over and got back on the line and started prepping food. There you go.
Came in as happy customers and enjoyed every bit of our first time visit to this location until we went to get desert and they showed a picture of a desert you can make with icee and ice cream.3 of us went to make the icee desert and found out there was no ice cream...it was not working so we asked if they had a small even plastic cup to drink icee out of and our waitress said no we had to drink them out of soup bowls...we all 3 set it aside...Brandi the waitress was kinda rude about it and walked off snickering....we won't be back to her tables...that's a fact .....I think when ice cream machine is broken and u sell icees as a part of the desert bar..u should have some type of small plastic cups for your customers to drink out of...not have your customers drink icee out of soup bowls..that's just ridiculous....
The food was good, at first we didn't have anywhere to eat then they opened the back room‼️‼️
Did was great the wait staff no so much. We were a party of 9 and she acted like we were bothering her by sitting in her section. Food and other staff were amazing!
What is the price for Sunday lunch at 11:30? I'm thinking we were overcharged. Maybe because the kid at the register was on his phone the whole time he was taking our payment. I told him two seniors and water to drink.
I hadn't been in a while because it had gotten so bad. Was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious, serving staff kept our drinks filled and the cashier was very friendly. We will definitely be back.
Food was good. Service not bad.
The food was great at this Shelby location. We had our Christmas dinner there. A good variety of entrees to fit everyone's desires and deserts to die for. A little pricey but worth it.
Worst experience ever at a GC. Half the food want cooked all the way through, the food was cold, 2 of the 3 pepper in our party for dirty silverware, many of the plates in the stacks were dirty. Plus all 3 people in our party for sick after eating here. DO NOT RECOMMENDED
