Best subs around, no question. BUT, the service is glacially slow even when the store is empty. Employees do not seem to take their jobs seriously.
Sandwiches are too expensive for them to be getting people orders wrong
Food is good, but the evening workers are very unhappy. They've hung up on me multiple times, or just won't answer the phone. They don't speak or smile when you order. Only gave it 2 stars because the food is good.

They were not crowded at all, literally two or three people there. It took me 15 minutes to get my simple order. One sub. And it's really not that good.. one of three employees was friendly. But I don't think I'll be going back ?
Super slow service which was surprising when there were at least 5 of them behind the counter. Sandwich was just ok-onions were not fresh at all.
Foods been fine but dread seeing the manager. Always very rude.

It was later in the evening when we stopped in to eat, but service was very slow for the amount if customers dining in and our subs did not have very much meat on them either.....
I placed an online order, when I went to pick up I was made to feel like I was stealing my order then once I get home to eat I notice most of the toppings I asked for are missing... idk if I'll be back.
