Was disappointed with the experience this evening. Was seated and after 10 minutes another group was seated across the aisle and received their drinks and bread while we still waited for our server. Asked the young man in the front where our server was, he went to the kitchen and returned to say she was very busy. Asked for the manager and was told they didn't know where they were, so we left with no dinner or ability to speak to the manager. While I understand it can get busy but why couldn't another waitress jump in and bring us our drinks? Poor management of the resources and knowledge of what is occurring on the floor. Won't be going back anytime soon.

This location seriously has issues. We waited for almost 10 minutes with no one in line before we were even seated. There were no child menus, the server stated they had to go print some out before we were even seated. We waited 15 minutes before our drinks were even ordered. I was thirsty and downed my drink and had to wait 15 more minutes for another drink. We were there over half an hour before our cocktails were even delivered to our table, and all we received was complaints about not having a bartender and about how it wasn't their fault that we weren't being served properly. All we heard from our server was how nothing was their fault and was complaining about everything in the store and how it was ran. Seriously, the lemon pepper fish was literally pepper fish, no lemon taste whatsoever, and too much pepper. This was literally one of the worst dinner experiences I've had in a while. I ordered the dinner Calabash shrimp and chicken. It stated that it came with slaw and soup. I didn't get either one, and our server explained that well I must have been looking at the wrong menu! I was still charged the dinner menu when I didn't receive everything that was on the dinner menu. I am seriously disgusted with this location. We will not be back to this location.

We came here after being turned down at Ruby Tuesday. This place was very busy due to the graduation parties and stuff. They didn’t turn anyone away. We waited 1 hour for a table but I am not going to complain because like I said before they were very busy. The staff even though I know they were tired and serving passed closing time did an awesome job. The food was delicious and everything was hot. Plus everyone left a tip for our waiter. Good job Fatz

Great service and delicious food. He said his steak was very flavorful and my ribs were fork tender and so good. The rolls with the honey butter are awesome.

Huge let down! We were excited to try this place through door dash and when we got our Order so much was missing and wrong! We contacted door dash (as we always do when things are messed up) and despite being honest people they wouldn’t give us a credit for anything we lost which we paid money for…as for the restaurant they forgot our drinks, our Mac n cheese, they gave us some kinda rolls with sweet sauce which we didn’t order, they forgot my shrimp we ordered for extra $ in my tortellini which barely had any sauce or seasoning. It tasted like a frozen meal I threw in the microwave and my husband said his burger was nothing to write home about. So between fatz and door dash we will never dine in or use these places/services again.

Good food and portions for the price. Clean, quiet establishment. Great for all ages. Kids enjoy food, too. There is a lot of variety. The rolls and cinnamon butter were great! Desserts look delicious. I wish I had room to try one! 3pm-6pm they had a special dinner combo menu. Mandy was my waitress; she did a fabulous job and was very friendly.

We had a large party 24 of us. We were taken care of in a timely manner and the food was great.

The food was delicious! The wait staff was working hard the day of our visit. You could tell they were short staffed, so we were understanding of the long wait time. We will definitely return!

The only nice thing I can say about this place was the waiter kept our tea filled. Took forever to get our food only for it to be terrible!! Chicken was like 2 very thin burnt sliced covered in deli Ham and cheese. We were starving so we picked off what we could and left! Def will never go back!! If my phone wasn’t dead I would of gotten pictures! Such a waste of 60$ for 2 people to eat!!

Was looking for a good local BBQ spot. I ordered the 1/2 rack of Baby back ribs/ Chicken tenders combo with cole slaw. Overall the taste of the food was good. The chicken tenders were crisp outside/tender inside and a little too salt but very tasty. IThe ribs were very tender, sauce a bit sweet for my palate. I was highly disappointed to find that the ribs spent the entirety of their cooking lifetime in an oven or under a heat lamp and never touched the grate of a grill where coals or wood were used to make the fire & smoke. Not the spot to go to if you're looking for authentic BBQ.Great for a family with kids night out for dinner.
