Ordered coffee as usual and when she handed it to me, I could already tell ot wasn't made correctly, I asked her to add more cream and when I tasted to check it, there was no liquid sugar like I ordered and the cashier got an attitude towards me and said it automatically has 5 sugars and I advised I ordered liquid. After the 3rd time of my drink being made I just took it an left because the workers were giving me looks and getting an attitude.
Out of caramel! Good coffee, even with French Vanilla! Yummy apple fritters.
Edit 02/10/22: I think a new crew has been bright in, the staff was absolutely awesome! Our food was good and service was great.We stopped in for breakfast sandwiches after work, we ordered the 2 for $5 bacon egg and cheese croissants and an extra one with no cheese. They said "wow... really" and were still talking about us after they told us to drive around. They rang up the 3rd croissant as a bagel and when we asked about it they said they know it was just rang up wrong... when we got our food, all the sandwiches had cheese and we had already left... wont be returning, we will find another spot for our breakfasts. Rude workers have ruined it for us. Not the first time dealing with the rudeness either.
The employees were amazing here and look out for what their customers want. They make it happen. Loved my coffee and the new mini stuffed bagels!!

If you've read my reviews then you know im a fan of Dunkin'. This one was bit of a disappointment mainly because it took about 20mins to make a drink. Otherwise their service was par the course.
I usually come at opening and the staff is so wonderful every restaurant needs staff like these ladies.
Not the best breakfast croissant ever, but it did the trick.
This is after my 3rd visit to this particular store. The first trip my coffee was cold (it was supposed to be hot, in a hot cup but room temperature) the second trip they completely got my order wrong. This past trip it took them 15 mins after I pulled up the window to even take my payment. This DD is jacked up
They have the weirdest drive thru set up, you have to go past the pickup window and to the other side of the restaurant to get to the order side. I got an iced coffee with coconut and caramel, I couldn't taste the coconut and could barely taste the caramel, but the people were friendly.
