I love Dairy Queen but recently visited Dairy Queen in Texas. The menu was awesome there. They had fried Steak Fingers with gravy. I can only imagine how well those would sell here in Shelby.
It’s time to open those doors. Keeping your restaurant closed due to lack of wanting to clean your store is really sad. I am sure corporate DQ wouldn’t be happy.
Usually the food here is not prepared serve worthy; sometimes the employees are nice though.
The food is always good but the staff could be a little more friendly they just always seem to be preoccupied with what’s going on around them
Have been going here since a little kid and have NEVER had such bad service as I did tonight...... Even the manager was hateful as can be.. don't think my family and I will be back.
So the little girl at the drive thru was more worried about her phone than her job! Then when I asked about the flip she got a attitude and called someone and told them I was playing with her. When I asked who the manager was her attitude got worse. The older lady who came to the menu explained that they weren’t corporate owned and didn’t honor the flip promotion, which is fine but I didn’t need the little girls attitude at the window!
You need to reopen indoor dining. Your competition BK and McDonald's already have. Cases are down so not sure what the issue is. If you are waiting for it to be 0% it will never happen. I like your food but your location and the way traffic is it needs to be back to normal and reopen the dining area
I'm soo disappointed with their ice cream....what happened to the thick creamy soft serve ice cream....... oh well at least McDonald's ice cream is still pretty thick and creamy when their ice cream machines aren't out of service....
Every time I've been there, they have always been very nice and will joke around with me. My only problem is I wish they would put more ice cream in the milkshakes. Especially the Reese's cup. I have them to make a reese's cup shake, but the last 4 times it's been more milk than shake lol. But still a very good place.
Got a hot fudge sundae with nuts, they put canned Spanish peanuts on it. My granddaughter got the brownie blizzard, it only had two small pieces of brownie in it.
