Pleasently surprised. I normally don't care for Cook Out because the food is usually bland but they must be making some changes or something because everything we had was really good for a change. The Cajun fries were really good and so was our burger and spicy chicken. And of course you can't go to Cook Out without getting a milkshake and it was AMAZING of course.

Went through the drive thru to order 2 milkshakes. Waited 15 minutes, anticipating my banana pudding milkshake. When we drove away, my husband prepped them so I could drive. We quickly realized that I didn't get a banana pudding milkshake, I got Oreo. At this point was too tired to wait through the line again. I realize they are busy, but it was a bummer.

Well, they at least got the order “right”. My BBQ sandwich didn’t have any sauce on it, completely dry. My fries were like Wendy’s fries without salt, and seemed to be old. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake was just a strawberry milkshake. My girlfriend ordered cheese quesadillas and got chicken quesadillas that were way too filled with the quesadilla sauce. It was ridiculous to wait 20 minutes to get this.

I won't include the bizarre difficulty in actually placing my order, but I arrived when there was very little traffic. I received a small but sufficient chicken sandwich, my sides being a mere three overcooked chicken nuggets, a dry chicken tender in an un-heated flour tortilla, no sauce despite being asked my sauce preference, and a cup so packed with ice, they could only fit two sips of soda in it.Even upon being handed my order, the bag was so light I debated whether I was supposed to wait for the rest of my order.

Great tasting authentic North Carolina style hamburger. I had the original being it was first time experiencing a Cook Out hamburger. They have chicken and hot dogs to but I was advised to try the hamburger fries and a shake. I was not disappointed everything it was hyped up to be and more. Original comes with slaw which was excellent burger was juicy and cooked perfectly milk and and fries were the perfect compliment to go with it. Staff is friendly drive thru is VERY long but worth the wait. Highly recommended

I've been coming to this cookout for years and one thing that I've always enjoyed was that it was cheap and never had messed up orders. That has changed in the last year.2 out of 5 of my orders get messed up lately and that's just annoying. Guess I need to ask them to repeat my order back after I make my order to ensure that it's correct. Since I can see the ticket, it's never the cooks fault that the order is messed up. Tonight just took it to the extreme when all of my drinks had more ice than drink.

Good food, but price has gone up a bit recently. A meal with a shake now costs about 11 dollars. Not super expensive, but definitely lost a competitive edge it once had.

Great food, drive thru was packed with cars, but it's a fast move drive thru. If you've never tried it, well your missing out..

I Bought a big double cheese burger tray with honest mustard chicken wrap and hush puppies and a sweet tea on 2/11/2022 at 1:00am and this is what I got. One little old piece of lettuce and a splash of honey mustard and a very small chicken strip that was not even half the size of the wrap itself !

Ordered a 2 hotdog tray with cajun fries and a Cajun chicken wrap.. I got 1 hotdog regular fries and a honey mustard wrap.
