The people are the best part. They always greet you with a smile and are friendly yet professional. They are also fast and rarely, I mean very rarely, get your order wrong.P.S. The food is delicious.
Always enjoyed Chick-fil-A 30 piece nuggets, until today. Extremely dry, with only 2 sauces for a 30 piece. Tried to call to tell them, no answer, so they get a bad review instead.
To get in the park lot is horrible and while waiting to get in to drive through blocking cars trying to get to other stores then ad soon as you get in line they have people standing there ready to take your order before you can even think or read what you want.. the food was not good at all.. the food at Chick-fil-A at the mall is so much better and alot less hassle or risk of someone rear ending you
Poor customer service by KYLE executive director of this location,This was our twice a week stop, but within the last 2 weeks we have found small blonde hair in our food;I try to call numerous times with out an answer,this morning i walked in @ 7 am while they were not busy, i spoke to Kyle a very rude individual,with no manners, and when i shared my experience, he said that it was not true, i told him it was, to what he said if you have a problem call corporate to see if they’ll believe you and made a sarcastic laughter.My perception of this location is that it has become just another chain restaurant all for the ####’s
Thank you for being so awesome! I mistakenly forgot to add a gluten free bun to my sandwich meal and when I asked about it, they without hesitation gave me the bun. I realized after leaving the drivethru, it was my mistake for not adding it. Also, thanks for providing gluten free options! It definitely makes me feel better knowing I can still have fast food.
The service here has changed recently. Chick-fil-A is known for not messing up orders, but we have been to this location 3 times in less than 2 weeks & our order has been messed up all 3 times. It wasn't just a special request, they complete got the items wrong. Pretty frustrating for a place we sit in long lines for just bc they have good service.
This is the worst chick-fil-a I've been to. And I hate to have to say this. Other chick-fil-a restaurants are excellent. I support the values chick-fil-a stand for but you can get certain items at other chick-fil-a restaurants but not at this one. The one at the Cleveland Mall in Shelby is great and I've told them about my problems with this store and they here the same complaints.They need a new franchise at this location and also this location is terrible. There's not even an exit without driving through the parking lot at Walmart.
I work at a Chick-fil-A and ours would never have the terrible service theirs had, and asked for well done strips which I know they can do and the manger that was taking my order sad no because they did not want to take the 45 seconds to make them even though there was no line. I also got medium fries which are supposed to be 3.5 oz and they were at most 2.5 oz which is less than a small.
I love Chick-fil-A! There food is always good, original chicken sandwich is great, chicken noodle soup tastes like homemade, great yogurt granola parfait with blueberries and strawberries too! Best drive thru in town! They should teach others how to run a drive thru! Fast and Easy!
We ordered our food it was confirmed. We drove up to the register gave her a $50, they told us they can't take anything over $20.We gave them $40 and got our food. The 30 piece nugget was missing and they had given me an iced coffee instead of a frosted coffee. We explained to the lady that the coffee was wrong and the nuggets were missing. She told us we didn't pay for it. We asked to speak to the manager because all we had was the $50 and a $100 bill. The manager came out didn't ask the issue just said you didn't pay for the nuggets very aggressively. We didn't even get a chance to explain that we were trying to tell him we had nothing under $50 and they only take $20 so we gave him back the food got our money back and he the manager accused us of trying to get free food when they are the ones that don't take bill over $20 and then told us not to come back as if we had done something wrong. I will NEVER spend my money where I am not wanted. Our order was about $30.It would have been $45 with the nuggets but they don't take $50 so that was the purpose of calling the manager to see if he would take the $50 but he was already annoyed and frustrated so he didn't give us the opportunity to explain that. Sigh.
