GREAT PRICE!!!! Good food! Fast service! Cant say one bad thing about this place. I dont think you can go inside to eat. Only drive thru. They have never been really busy when I've been there. They always have had good deals.
Came here at about 7:52 p.m. through the drive-thru I ordered a burger ketchup only, meanwhile they put ketchup mustard and pickles on the burger which is something I did not request, fries, tenders a drink and the funnel cake fries which I never received the funnel cake fries. I then just called the store to just ask him if they would be able to refund it to me and they were persistent that they handed me two bags which they did not I only received one bag. There would be absolutely no reason for me to lie about something like that simply as it's such a small little item but the fact that the manager lied to the crew member that was on the phone with me about me receiving the funnel cake fries is a little ridiculous the first time and last time ever coming to this company.I would have been 100% fine if they simply would have just refunded the funnel cake fries but the fact that they had to argue about it is ridiculous Your establishment is pretty poor and your management team is pretty poor I hope this gets seen because this is pretty ridiculous
Food is typical burger joint cuisine. Seasoned fries were hot & tasty. Decent hot dogs & burgers. Staff could use some customer service improvements.
Definitely one of my favorite burgers, when doing drive thru or fast food options. Large, flavorful burgers, delicious fries, quick service, and reasonable prices.
Unfriendly rude employees. Act like they are put out when you order food. Ask for some extra napkins and you would think you were asking for a million bucks. I travel through Shelby frequently for business and stop here for lunch because honestly I like Checkers food but this place is just one I will cross of my list due to rudeness and they fact they are always out of something. Guess there is a reason they have zero business there.
It’s great good, but needs better leadership. If you’re out of ice, don’t put a sign up and say sorry for the inconvenience. Send somebody to the gas station and buy some ice until the problem is solved.Nothing worse than buying a coffee at Dunkin’ to get an ice water to put your coke in and then realize the coke is flat.Check your carbonation machine too.Former checkers employee - food is top notch if you’ve never had it.
Great tasting food and friendly staff, the packing of the food items can be pretty messy at times, I got some hot wings and I had to wind up picking them out of the bottom of the bag to eat them.
I didn't know checkers had wings! I got some wings right before they closed, and they were great. Will definitely be going back. Also, the people who took my order and money and walked it out to me were very nice.
Food was great but I sat waiting for 20 minutes for 2 bags of ice and never got them. But like I said, the food was great!
