After waiting in the drive-thru line for 25 minutes behind only two other cars, dealing with attitude from the teenager at the window, my order being given to the wrong car, and having my complaints blown off by the manager—she finally shoved my bag of food out the window to me ($19.26 for two simple combos), I drive off, AND IT’S STILL WRONG!!! This garbage is not what I ordered!! Now I am super late for work AND paid almost $20 for food we can’t and won’t eat! I WANT A REFUND!!! I am LIVID!! I’ve never been so angry with a fast food establishment in my life!
The store is supposed to close at 10 p.m. I showed up at 9:25 p.m. they had the doors locked and were inside counting the till. The store was closed 35 minutes early.. Absolutely ridiculous especially on a Friday night.
Orders 4 pice chicken meal and got Mc Ds nuggets. That was a 1st and last. West coast treats customers much better with real meat. ?east side!
Didn't have anything. It was 20 minutes until 8pm. The sign says they close at 10. Lady said they were preparing to close for the night and they didn't have anything left to serve but mashed potatoes and old Mac n' cheese. Didn't offer to cook anything either.
Just went thru the drive thru. I sat there for about a minute and said "hello" the other person said "I will be with you in just a moment". I waited a few more minutes then said "hello" again thinking that they had forgotten me. The person then responded "I WILL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE". This is just poor service. I know these people probably hate their job but I believe this will be my LAST TRIP to this location the people there have the worst attitude.
The food they gave me was packaged so perfectly. And the woman in the drive thru had the kindest and really genuine positive energy. Glad I stopped. May be the best bojangles I’ve been to.
Pintoes weren't closed and put in box sideways, juice from them made my chicken soggy and my biscuit was hard as a rock

Well came here for a DoorDash order and they didn’t have the food ready so I was asked to pull all the way back around and wait in a very long line again. That’s ridiculous, considering it was a small order. The employee flipped out because I didn’t want to and argued I shouldn’t have to. Well that led to her calling the police, just cause you didn’t have some chicken tenders ready????So unprofessional, will never give them service again!!
