The lady that took our order was so rude and ignorant. She was also messing with her hair while getting our food order together. So disgusting. We ordered a family box which came with a half gallon of sweet tea. We were going to eat in the car as were were traveling with our dogs. I asked for four cups. I was told I could not have any cups. I asked if I could buy some cups and she said I would have to buy soft drinks to get cups. I have little kids so that was ridiculous. I will NEVER come here again. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.
When I was speaking with the women on the speaker she came off very rude even as I proceeded with yes ma’am and no ma’am she had a rude tone. When I received my food which was suppose to be a 4 piece tender combo I was handed what seems to be just left over small pieces put into the box instead of tenders. I also did not receive my sauce. I usually do not put reviews but at this location I have been multiple times with the staff having attitudes.
I sat in the drive thru for 10 min the other day, I almost thought the place was close till I pulled around and noticed a few of of cars around the parking lot. I parked and went in and ONE girl was working while 4 other girls were asleep in the lobby and the drive thru headset was payed in the table. The service at this location has NEVER been good unfortunately it’s the only thing near my job.

Went to bojangles 20 min before closing time and was told they were closed by the workers at the drive-thru.. no reason given.. bad customer service.. ?
Not very good. Chicken Supremes tasted like they had been cooked earlier and left in a warming tray. Biscuit was hard and not warm. Guess I shouldn’t have gone half an hour before closing!Randy L
Avoid this place like the plague that it is. Twice in a row I've paid for food that I didn't receive. I hope you enjoy that $7.00 I just spent because you won't get another penny from me.
Currently typing in line at the Bojangles @ 1801 east dixon blvd. Because they know how to greet customers and treat them with respect. The manager was nice at the west Dixon blvd. Location when I complained but looking at reviews not sure if it willHelp anything. I wasn’t greeted and was giving my order only had four items and every time I would tellThe lady she would give me my totalAnd I would say I apologize I have another item. When I got to the third about to tellHer the fourth thing she forgot to mute and said I needed to hurry the hell up ! Excuse me but that’s your job so it probably don’t matter but I’ll never go back to this location and if I could have gave no stars I would have based off her terrible attitude.
We gave them a compliment bc they all had masks on. We greatly appreciated that. But these ladies could use some training! They talk rude, will not let you say your order (they interrupt), you can hear their rude tone when they are talking to you. One was yelling when we placed our order. They have such attitudes! You are at work, be professional! The food is good and fresh! They make sure to give you the right order. They need to learn how to talk to customers! One time they had no sign at the drive thru to say closed. They were supposed to be open but we guess more employees needed to show up. Several people were in line. No one said anything thru the speaker. We left and there was a note on the drive thru window saying closed until more help arrives. They should have posted that at the speaker as well to prevent people waiting. That is not courteous to customers!
Two out of the three time's I've stopped for my breakfast at this location it's been completely wrong & the second time they took the food back I noticed they gave the same bag to someone else? It'd already been in my car & I had went through it before realizing it wasn't mine... that was horrible of them to do.
