0645 May-17-2022Drive thru employee was extremely rude this morning,I asked for 6 sausage biscuits and a crispy large fry.She acted like she didn't understand crispy fries.The order was wrong when I got home, soggy, spongy fries and 3 sausage and egg biscuits.She refused to replace order without a receipt that she didn't supply from the beginning.To top it all off there was 3 long hairs in the bag.Total was $17.01
I start to get the two sausage and egg biscuits for $4 special because that's one of my favorites but at this and the other locations Bojangles is always stingy on the egg, it was paper thin and I'm sure it wasn't a whole egg but they're more interested in making profit, same way with thier chicken I don't even order Bojangles Chicken anymore, if I pay $16 for a box of chicken I want chicken not a small Canary, so that's that just cook at home and then I can have what I want and a whole lot cheaper
I'm sitting in here and let me just say the workers are very friendly and i definitely will be back. this little boy and his dad or grandpa came in and he she ordered fries and a drink one of the workers bought it for him. she didn't have to but did and that says something about a business
Employees were rude and inconsiderate. My family waited 10-15 min in drive thruWe left at 8:51 and they took the customer before us but left us waiting that long before they rudely claimed they were closed. Like they wanted to pick and choose who their customers are. This location has lost a customer that has ordered from here nearly every week! I will go elsewhere now thanks to these rude associates.
Meat was dry like it had been sitting too long. People were very nice and they have WiFi
Have not gotten a single of mine right the last AT LEAST 5 times I went. And it’s the simplest stuff too like giving a completely different sauce or drink or just not giving us our stuff. And they argue with you like crazy even after showin the receipt. Literally pathetic, don’t recommend them there is a different one father down town go there.
How do you not have bone-in chicken at a chicken place? This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. EVERY SINGLE TIME I have stopped here over the past 4 months, there is an issue. Sometimes they aren't even open! Not that I go all the time, but it's on the way to work and I love Bojangles but I've learned my lesson now. Stop somewhere else...
Drove up to drive thru at 5:22am and was rudely told that they don't open up until 5:30, now ive been going here for a while now and I knew they open up at 5, but I wasnt going to argue , I said ok and went to park to wait the 8 mins instead of going across town. At 5:30 I go back through and was rudely told that they dont open up until 6 at this point , I reminded her that she just told me 5:30, to which she rudely responded, " I don't have any staff to open up with" , I just drove off...if she had said the first time" im sorry I am not able to open up due to staffing, I would have totally understood, because thats happening everywhere...it was the rudeness that did it for me...do better Bojangles .
