Our appetizers and entrees were delicious! Definitely worth the visit. The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable.
best filet i have hade in long time great service and interesting venu
Food was good. One server for the entire restaurant. She was excellent, very cordial; just stretched out.
Above and beyond for the area and most large cities. Food was amazing as well as the service. The main course was exceptional but the dessert was so good you forget how full you were. I had the filet mignon and tried the trout and salmon my friends got. All so very good.
Amazing food, excellent service and great atmosphere.
We have been a few times before the owner change. Tonight was the first time through the new owners. An automatic gratuity was supposed to be applied on tables of six or more since it was Valentine's day. It was just me and my husband and there was an automatic gratuity applied to our check. The waitress was not very attentive and then snuck in a tip. We didn't appreciate that. The food and drinks were amazing still.
we love the atmosphere and the unique menu choices from salads to desserts!
Nice atmosphere,Food was greatService was A+
Driving home from Hendersonville to Charlotte and stopped in Shelby to grab a bite. My wife found Bistro 214 on Tripadvisor and the reviews were good so we stopped by on impulse on a Saturday night. Downtown Shelby is quaint, the restaurant was easy to find, we were seated immediately without reservations, it was intimate, but elegant enough, the menu was sophisticated and balanced, the prices were incredibly reasonable, the service was excellent, the vibe (live guitarist) was pleasant, the food was OUTSTANDING. We'll definitely come back for a date night -- it's a comfortable 1 hour drive from Lake Norman area. My wife already texted a friend in Greenville and they are planning one meeting for dinner as it is 1/2 way in between them. Give them a try -- you won't regret it!
Wonderful fresh healthy food 10/10 recommend, we are excited to come back and try other things. Love that the menu changes and it’s actual culinary art
