They have THREE employees in the building to do drive thru, dine in and carry out orders… My food is fresh and made with a smile by the employees all while busting their butts to prepare mine and others orders! Please remember this when you go to order and cut them a Break if the make a mistake they are juggling so much and truly doing the best they can! Good service and good food escially being short staffed while holding a smile and not being mad or rude!!!
Went through drive drive around 2:30pm. One vehicle ahead of me, so it was slow business wise.Ordered a french dip combo and a 1/2 pound roast beef combo.Got home and order was wrong and food was cold as well. Got the french dip and some chicken sandwich. Pouring rain, so wasn't going to drive back.As stated food was cold and the chicken tenders were hard and inedible. Really disappointed, Arby's used to be one of the few places in Shelby to pick up a quick meal.
Husband went thru the drive thru, ordered a roast beef and cheddar for himself, and a French dip sub for me with curly fries. He got a chicken sandwich instead of a roast beef and everything was cold. The chicken tenders in the sandwich were hard and cold. Very disappointed. I wonder if this establishment participates in Grub hub or any other food delivery service... and if so, how those orders are compared to everyday customers.
My wife & I stopped here while "on the road" for something simple and fast to eat. We haven't been in an Arby's for a long time, but service at this one seemed a bit slow. The guy in front of me was picking up a big DoorDash order... so maybe the online customers are slowing down food preparation for walk-ins. Well, I suppose that's the future-now. But, good golly, they needed to tend to the Men's Room. It was DIRTY... and, no paper towels to use (no air-blow-dryer.) But... the food - once we got it - was the tasty yummy stuff I remember from "yesteryear" so I went with an Average rating, rather than Poor or Terrible.
Service was amazing!! Very nice staff. Food quality and portions suffering!
The employee and manager is both idiots. They said they can't accept money that has a small part of the corner tore.
I asked for Horsey sauce and was assured that it was in the bag. 5 miles down the road we discovered that they lied. We ordered a cheddar cup with our curly fries and did not receive it. And, speaking of curly fries, they were undercooked. I threw them out the window for the bird's to eat (not the carton, just the fries. I get home ( 30 miles away) and sit down to eat my "Beef and Cheddar" and find out that I don't have a Beef and Cheddar, I have a regular old roast beef sandwich. In short, my meal was ruined. The dog enjoyed the roast beef. Me? I went to my restaurant and made a salad. I probably should have done that to start with. And please don't give me the same canned response you give everyone else. There is no additional information I can email to you. Train your employees right.
First of all the young man at the drive thru was very impatient and he kept interrupting my husband while he was ordering. Then our order was wrong so my husband had to go inside to get the right stuff.. We both ordered the classic beef and cheddar and there was only enough meat to fill half of the bun, so I threw half of my bun away, and only a tiny bit of cheddar cheese. To top it all off both the sandwiches and the fries were cold. The next time we even think about going there to eat again we will throw a twenty dollar bill out the window and go back home.
Abysmal. Don't bother or waste your time and money. I know it is pretty ridiculous to bother rating a fast food place but when it gets this bad, people should know. 1. Upgrade charges for cheese substitution, curly fries and shake never mentioned on a meal combo order ($2.90). 2. French dip sauce was left off order for a French dip. Without the dip it's not a French dip. 3. Ranch dipping sauce for jalapeno poppers left off order. 4. Was handed food without the shake we ordered. 5. Had to wait 10-15 minutes extra for shake. Meanwhile food getting cold. 6. Bun on one sandwich was hard, as if stale or reheated excessively. 7. Phoned the store to report shorted items and they said they would "tell the manager". Done with Arbys. $22 to be overcharged and cheated by multiple omissions, delays and errors? No excuses for that.
