very good food and staff was friendly.
Pulled up to the drive through. The lady said, "I'll be with you in just a minute." I waited 10 minutes before saying "Hello? Are you there? Got no response so I pulled around and parked to go inside. I saw the lady at the drive through window as I drove by. I went inside and could see the folks in the back were more interested in laughing and joking around vs getting food prepared for the line of cars around the building or the three people in front of me who had already ordered and were waiting on their food. I got tired of waiting and left. Wendy's got my money today.
No forks so we couldn't order the zalads we went there for. They are in the same parking lot as Walmart so you would think someone could be sent to get some.
I just ordered a salad and there was mold on the onions??This is so gross and unsanitary! Do better zaxbys.
I love their salads. Service at this site isn't as good as the one near Spring Lake

As a chain Zaxby's is decent but this one in sanford is terrible. Has to be the worst fast food place I've ever been to. The food is okay but 9 out of 10 times my order is wrong. Multiple times I've ordered just to be told they have no drinks. Being beside Chick-fil-A must really hurt too because a line of 6 cars at zaxby's takes longer than 15 at Chick-fil-A.
Yesterday 2/26/22 at the sanford zaxbys there was a black girl at the window with loop pigtails and I think purple in her hair. She has beyond excellent customer service. She was so nice and friendly. : )
Skimpy on the sauce. Who ever is in the back tossing the wings and making the plates needs a hair net...it should be mandatory. I found 5 hairs in my plate...Disgusting!!! Itll be a while before I go back. Management just because it's hard to keep workers doesnt mean you should slack on hygiene. I am a loyal zaxbys customer but after that poor effort of a plate I will not be returning for a while.
Did not like, food was mediocre, nothing to talk about. Will not be returning.
