Terribly slow service. The employees aren't even remotely trying to get these orders out quickly.Ordered thru the app, took 10 minutes to get there, and then sat in the lobby for 5 minutes waiting for someone to see if I needed anything at the counter, I ordered a cpl drinks that I forgot on my mobile order and now I'm still sitting here with a bunch of other people who were in here before me and we are all still here 20 minutes later. If you order from here, expect a 1/2hr wait.
Every time I Go here my food is made wrong, or it’s not the right food, takes a longer period of time than other Taco Bell’s. The staff isn’t nice. The past three times I’ve been, I had the same experience. They need to be trained better and get more help! I’ve haven’t gotten my money’s worth. I went inside one time to get my order corrected and no one helped me for almost 20 minutes. I decided it’s not worth going back to get corrected. It’s going to be awhile before I go again.
If it's the same going in, as going out, then what's the point. It's amazing that the same corporate nonsense that crashed and has almost totaled KFC, has not accomplished the same with Taco Bell, yet. The food quality is about as low in the fast food rung as you can get. And the prices have lost that old school low quality dining appeal that drew us there in the 90's. Now, it mid level fast food prices. For really low quality fast food, with mediocre service, at a semi clean establishment. I'm just through with the place at this point. The employees care little, the management even less, and I can only imagine the daftness and ineptitude that runs rampant at the corporate "squeeze a dime" level.
If I had my choice they would get zero stars from me. I was missing some items from my order (cheese sauce and sour cream) when I called the store and was complaining about it the girl hung up on me. So I tried calling again no answer, I tried calling again and no answer. This store really is the worst store to ever get fast food from in Sanford, it honestly needs new management and a whole new crew. I will be calling tomorrow and try to talking to the manager. If that doesn’t get me anywhere, I’m a call corporate until something gets done because that is ridiculous.
This is the absolute WORST taco bell ever. The line is always outrageous. Last time I saw one guy inside and he was talking to an older lady and hugged her and walked her out of the store. Work is not the time for family visits! Especially when you have a loonnggg line. He didn't even change his gloves afterwards and the drive through line didn't move for over another 20 minutes even after he went back in! I ended up leaving as usual. I mean even if i did order they only seem to ever have a quarter to half of the menu and its always wrong on at least 1-3 items. Honestly I could probably drive to the next nearest taco bell and back home before the line would move or anyone would get any service at this one. It just needs to be shut down and restarted at this point.
It took them 20 mins to make my order wrong, plus correct. They filled my frozen drink 3/4 full, dropped my fries on the floor, replaced them with what was left (8 old fries), and gave me all the wrong sauces. I asked if they would give me more fries and was told "There aren't anymore". I asked them to please make some and give me the dip I ordered or issue a refund. She made some fresh, asked me to hand her the fries that were in my bag, then placed fresh ones on top of the old ones. SMH. No apologies for the wait or multiple errors and did not thank me.
I love that they have the order kiosks! Food came out fast :) friendly people!
Extremely disjointed, inefficient employees. Upon entering the lobby, we were informed by the woman at the cash register that she just got off work, and thus we would have to order at the kiosk. Annoying, but sure. We order at the kiosk, and want to pay with cash, which requires going back up to the counter. Now, you might be thinking that's my fault since clearly the cashier wasn't there. However, it seemed like a safe assumption that another employee could simply come over and ring us up, as there are multiple employees that work the register at just about every restaurant. Upon going up to the counter, we stood there for several minutes before being informed that apparently no other employee can operate the cash register, and thus we have to pay with card. Very strange and suggests extremely poor management if there was no employee scheduled to operate the register after the previous cashier gets off of work. After paying with card, we then waited for about twenty minutes for our order while the employees were dealing with a group of disgruntled customers who had been waiting a similar amount of time and were upset. The drive-thru is prioritized heavily, which I understand to an extent due to the increased traffic in the midst of COVID, however you cannot completely neglect the lobby to such an extent and expect people to endure it. I certainly won't be back.
I went the drive threw at 10pm waited for 10 minutes no one greeted me. While waiting I went online to check the store hours it stated they don’t closed til 1am. Drove around to the window were one employee just staring at me as though I wasn’t even there then couple minutes later the manager comes to the window asking me did I want to place a order. This is like the fourth time I had a bad experience I will not beg a place to take my money. They have completely lost my business
I went through the drive thru this afternoon and had the pleasure of Karla taking my order. She was incredibly polite and has outstanding customer service! I was happily surprised by her happy demeanor. I hope that this message gets to her because the is doing a great job! #KarlaNeedsAPromotion
