Got this today at the sanford, nc store. "Light Ice" did not happen. Looks and feels like extra ice. Very disappointed.Update: Starbucks reached out to me to get more information and provided us $35 fill up on our Starbucks account. I would say this is exceptional customer service on their part. I'm crossing my fingers for when we return to the Sanford Starbucks and hope for a good result. Thank you Starbucks for your genuine concern.
I’ve been visiting this store since the first day they opened. There are two ladies that are wonderful baristas, know me by name, and also know my drink. They always help me out with suggestions on altering my drink when necessary and make sure I am pleased with the results. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the inconsistency of drinks overall. Perhaps I misunderstand the fact that every drink has a recipe and ultimately should taste the same regardless of who is making it. unfortunately this is not the case. Even visiting multiple times the same day results in different tastes of the same drink. I am very specific with my Brown sugar shaken espresso given they are out of oat milk (which stores carry so I don’t understand why they don’t have it), yet each time I ordered it with light cream and no extra ice, I either get half a cup or they add milk in addition even when I say I am ok with having a little room. It’s frustrating not being able to use the drive thru because I have to watch my drink be made to assure it’s correct.
The employees were super sweet. They made sure I was taken care of and enjoyed my drink before I drove away. 10/10, would recommend.
The parking lot is a bad set up and causes many traffic issues but it is to no fault of the store. The morning staff is very friendly and fast! Christian and Brianna in particular always make me feel seen every time that I pull in. I order quite a bit and they never make it seem like a big deal. On my birthday, the evening drive thru workers were so friendly and talked to me while I waited and I left them a $50 tip just because they were so nice. Special shout out to the women that work there because I just know that they carry the store. Although the last time I went I ordered a hot peppermint drink and all I got was warm milk ? I wish I was kidding there wasn’t any flavor or whipped cream but it was okay because they were busy. I love this Starbucks <3333
I always come to this location on the way to work but this morning the drive thru host was the most amazing host ever. She definitely had a contagious smile and warm personality. I wish I had gotten her name but she has blonde hair and blue eyes.
Fast friendly service like any starbucks, they are particularly clean and put together, they also have landfill and recycling at this location if that's your jam, as well there lobby is very nice for long term stays as they have seating away from the lines and such, the outdoor seating is also very nice as well, honestly not to load for being next to the DT exit
Well let’s start with I bought a drink from there which is my large vintage mocha frappe with no whipped cream and almond milk, I took it to ALDIs cause I was grocery shopping for my home before we get another bad storm. Went all around the store didn’t think nothing of my drink and continue shopping, as I was done shopping get to my moms truck and realize I didn’t have my drink. I asked mom where was my drink and she didn’t remember, so I said let me go back and just buy the drink. So I go in there tell them what happen and Ms. Madison went out of her way to give it to me for free. Thank you Starbucks and Madison for all you do! Love my drink!!!
Says it opens at 5 am on Sundays here it is 855 am and the doors are locked and no one will answer the phones. But people are in the building. That's ok... thanks for changing my one time decision to have your tea.
Parking lot setup is horrible. Also, why offer pick up in store through the mobile app if your going to have a sign saying you have to go in the long drive through lane to get it. Defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
We went to this location yesterday it was freezing rain and the drive thru line was around the building so I went inside. I was the only customer at that time. I placed my order 2 ventie mocha fraps. The staff was making drinks after a long wait the place was full of people all sitting around having coffee and the counter was full of drinks for people to pick up. I finally asked why everyone else was getting their order before me when I was there first. After a few more minutes they asked my name. Then came back and said I ordered a cold drink and noone was working the cold bar. " How am i supposed to know that " However I did see cold drinks going out. I continued to wait finally after no service I had to get a refund and leave without my order. I will not be going back to this location and would give it less than 1 star rating if I could.
