This Sonic does not honor any specials in the Sonic App. Sad for them because people normally order extra items along with the special. If they don’t want to help save their customers a little money, than I’ll spend my money helping Burger King, Hardee’s, etc.

Rude and disrespectful inside employees. Car hops are usually nice but that's about it. Freaking forgot my cheeseburger once in the drive thru. Constantly out of items. This Sonic sucks.

By far worst Sonic I've been to! The customer service was horrible and very rude. My fries were old, forgot parts of our order, my kids chicken tenders were old and luke warm... literally the only thing good were the drinks and they gave us the wrong drinks too we ordered cherry limeade and got strawberry limeade... We will not be back to this Sonic location again.

Had to wait over 30 minutes total time. Food was decent at best. Took over 15 minutes just to order. I saw two or three vehicles that had already order pull off due to this staff taking forever. I didn’t realize they took the same time as a sit In restaurant. This sonic keeps going down. Won’t be coming back till the get some new management and workers that don’t take forever. I’ll make the drive to spring lake.

Haven't eaten here in a long time because the tater tots always taste like old grease. Decided to give it a shot the other night pulled into the drive in, decided what we wanted, pushed the button to order, sat and waited for at least 5 minutes then was told that only the drive thru was open. So we pulled around to the drive thru waited in line, after almost 10 more minutes we get to the speaker sit there for a couple minutes then was informed unless I'm able to pay in cash they can't take anything else. So after waiting over 15 minutes for nothing we left hungry.

Came here on a Sunday, Apr 3rd, about 6pm. The guy on the other end of the speaker sounded like he was disgusted to take my order so I didn't. The place is trashed, trash cans overflowing, trash and food in the sand, just horrible. Tables had food all over them. Use to be a really nice place. The worst I have ever seen it.

Food is Luke warm, and does not taste good anymore. You would think with a new restaurant location they would keep up the same good standards as they had at the old location.The manager told us they have a set time when the meat is cooked. If that is the case then they need to get the food out to the customers faster than what they do.

The food was good. They were out of a couple things that I had wanted, so I had to change what I was going to order. They are most definitely short staffed. It was quicker to order on my app and park in a stall. When we finished eating and left we saw a car that had gone to the drive-thru line at the same time we pulled into a stall and it was still in line.

They usually have pretty good fast service and do not screw up what you ordered. The only big downside is they put way too much ice in the drinks and you only get about 3 to 4 sips out of a medium drink, I say the cup was 90% full of ice.

Forgot to bring half of my order and then what they did bring they forgot the correct toppings. When I called the next day the manager I spoke with was rude and hung up! Won't be visiting again. And I love Sonic food!
