I just got braces recently and i had to go from eating stuff i like to soft foods for the time being and I'm also vegan. The cash register lady was do nice this morning with helping me get what i want and making it safe for me thanks smoothie king.

Smoothie was good employee was kind however I came out of the bathroom and she was no where in sight, not a single \\\"thank you\\\"

Such a clean place \\u0026 so many choices for smoothies! Staff was professional \\u0026 friendly. A little pricy, but you get your money's worth.
Kind of felt like I was being hustled. Never been here before, and I'm a member of the working class so spending 7 almost 8 dollars on a smoothie is alot, but I figured I'd give it a try. They took my order, I ran my card. Was told it would ask me a few questions. One of which was would I like to give a tip. Again being a struggling member of the working class, originally I wanted to say hell no. But also having worked in the service industry myself I tipped 3 bucks. So now my one smoothie came to 10.81... completed my order, seen on my end it said approved, and was then told by a second girl I needed to run it again. Did the same thing, even the tip, again approved, again told to run it again.. same process, this time it says at the end that the card was declined. Went to my car to get the cash, seen a flash on my phone, looked at it and that's when I had two messages telling me two different payments were taken from my card. I look at the balance, and my card which I only had around 30 bucks on for a payment coming up was down to a lil under 9 bucks.. the first girl told me in a couple of days the money would be back on there and I said no, we need to resolve that now. So after being on the phone for ten minutes I'm given the 7 something then I told them about the three dollar tip. But while writing this I just thought about it, I paid the cash for it when I came back in, and they only gave me the money back for one of the payments that was taken off of my card.... If I wasn't a broke member of society, I don't think I would have noticed. I wonder how many times this has happened?? I urge everyone here to look back at your payments and see how many times you were charged. First visit to any smoothie king, had a horrible experience, and after 15 minutes of bull, still got a room temperature smoothie. Smh...
