Husband went in for lunch ordered Fajitas, since we went in last week and they did not have it. He got his order and the rice was served in the bag on the plate dated Tuesday of prior week. The bartender was so embarrassed . They then had the manager come out to bring a so called fresh plate, with no apology. This is the second time we have had issues! We go every week, but this location continues to go down hill. We love Allison the bartender there, but even know her service is great, the food continues to go down hill. Someone needs to be checking and expediting the food before going out to customers, especially food out dated!
We just went here for dinner and mike was our server he was amazing! He was the kindest person we have ever had as a server the world needs more wonderful people like him!

We were seated. Did not get a menu, just having salad. Waited, 12 minutes. Stopped the bus boy to notify the server that we were here. The busboy asked us what we wanted to drink, he brought the drinks. The salad bar was empty. Lettuce wilted, many of the fixings were almost gone or empty. They were filling the salad bar as we were leaving.one hour after we sat down. Server tried, but the busboy got the tip.
Food poisoning occurred to me today after eating there. This is the worst pain ever. The company should really make sure the food is fresh. I had the Mac and cheese pasta, I'm pretty sure the chicken and marinara sauce were bad.
We ordered a veggie burger and the creole fish, both with tots and fries. The burger was burnt, the sides extremely salted. We barely could sleep after that, feeling thirsty all night long. The place wasn’t clean at all, our booth had grease stains all over the seats and there was food on the floor from previous guests. I don’t think the price and quality match.Still, I must say that Cameron did a great job as a waiter.
We went for lunch. Not one time did our waitress check on us but yet she walked by us 20 times. We had to flag her down for more water, napkins, doggy box and then they check. Food was mediocore but service sucked. She only had 4 tables all with 2 people the one had 3
It was pretty good. Great service, food was good....prices are little high but that's pretty much the case every where these days
I love these people, it is my friend’s birthday and there was a bit of wintry weather coming, and they still let us stay and eat food even tho they were closing early, and the server, Mike, was super nice :)
My food was pretty good but the prices were so much higher than I ever remember Ruby Tuesday being. I'm not been to one in a couple years and it was definitely a lot more expensive. For what I paid and what I got I will not be back because I can go somewhere else and pay less for better.
