This place was great and although I only had a salad I can't wait to come here for breakfast. The service was fast and A local joint filled with locals. I think Mrs. Wegner was in the resturant and I loved the little story behind the menus. I enjoy supporting local businesses such as these and will definitely be coming back here with my family. My son ordered burger and fries and ate everything, which is rare for him.
Staff treats me like family. Always enjoy going there.
Been here twice.. I thought first time was a fluke. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. This place is awful. Staff is MEAN... not rude down right mean!!! Coffee was so weak you can see through it, like tea. Food is bad, greasy and sickening. There were. BUMS outside asking for money. I will never go back and you should stay away too

Best catfish I have had in a long time. Didn't even need any salt - and I put salt on everything!
I visited once again while in town, disappointed again, slow waitress wanted to socialize instead of waiting on us. Cold toast again as usual, the butter would not even melt. It seems that the daughter of the original owner cares less for food and service than than her mother did. A lot of people still go there and eat and it seems that the regulars get prompt service right away and taken care of and us not so regular ones get left in the dust.
Good food. Clean place. Reasonable price.
