7/17/2022 - What an unprofessional manager this McDonald’s had this evening. 26 minutes of waiting for a curbside order for the manager to hang out of the drive-thru window (in front of drive-thru customers) to holler at my husband that he can walk up to the window to get our order as she watched him walk back to our van from not being able to go in because the door was locked. I told him they can bring it to us if they’ve got it as that’s what we’ve been sitting there waiting on, and the manager didn’t seem to like that. I observed her pointing at us, fussing about it to her other employees, and staring me down while I drove away after an employee finally brought the order out and said they’re “not allowed to give names” when asked if that was the manager. I witnessed another woman have the same issue a few weeks or so ago. She had to get out of her van and ask whoever was working the window that day if her order was coming. Unprofessional and a waste of time for curbside.
i was at the drink machine in the lobby and one sad roach crawled out from under the machine. it started talking about how it was Irish and then it started dancing.then two more roaches came out with kilts and bagpipes?? they were singing and dancing until they suddenly stopped and started yelling at me about the location of my pot of gold and if i was Irish. Other than the roaches and the long wait, the food was pretty good though.
Went inside to use the restroom and order some food. The restroom was NASTY! Toilet paper all over the floor, toilets were filthy and no toilet paper in the dispensers. When I went up to the window to try to order food, no one came to take my order, so I left without getting any food.
I don't like the computer that they made me use to order. It's not user friendly. Headquarters is doing this because they don't want to pay for more employees.
This is one nasty McDonald's. Parking lot Iis full of trash. The trash cans are overflowing and the restrooms are disgusting. KEEP DRIVING!
Drive thru was super slow tonight waiting about 20-25 minutes for 5 cars to go thru. The initial fries were cold but they replaced them with perfect fries upon my request. The burgers were as ordered and delicious as usual. Beat part of the meal was the drive thru Coke! I personally believe that the best fountain Coca Cola anywhere is found at a well run McDonald's Drive Thru...
I have actually been twice. I just hate that the shake machine or ice cream machine is always down. As much money as they make they should have more than one ice cream or shake machine. That would seem feasible for me for a food business. Its not just this mc Donald's its a lot of them.
Might as well take the burritos off the menu, every time I come through in the morning there is never any burritos to sell. It’s been a week now, wouldn’t surprise me if lots of customers leave because of this!
Ask my little brother I found this place a horrible experience I thought I was going to get a drink there but then going into his nice beautiful build McDonald's like usual this place here somebody had done their business in the restroom and I don't know how long it was in there but it was disgusting the smell the floor and everything and there was just disgusting it couldn't have happened in just a few minutes before we got there so that tells me all day long no one's going into the restrooms every hour making sure it's clean and proper and sanitized so what else is going on in the kitchen in behind the counter so I decided not to get nothing to eat or drink there so yeah my experience is this beautiful McDonald's was not good and I would never trust buying something here that's just my opinion so anyways take care and not all McDonald's or the same but over and out enjoy
