Guy at window was rude for no reason. Asked for some ketchup and gave me attitude. I would have more respect for him if he just said “ I’m lazy and don’t want to walk to get some for you”Guy at window at 2 pm on 4/19/22 learn Some manners

How can your milkshake and ice cream machine be broken for over a year. Take it off the menu, or better idea just clean it. We all know why you never have shakes and ice cream. Just sorry

Pretty sure I was overcharged, and of course when I asked for a receipt the receipt printer was broken. It was a hot mess, lot of people were complaining around me and had long wait times. This McDonald's used to have better employees, it's really went downhill.

Passing through town we ordered through the drive thru. We were asked to pull over to a space and they would bring our food out. Initial thought, no big deal, we ordered 5 meals for the family so could be just a minute. We sat and watched others come and go yet we still sat there. My husband finally got out of the car and went inside to get it. We had already paid and our kids were starving or we would have left already. We received are food 30 minutes after ordering it....thru a drive thru at a fast food restaurant!

Always have a problem when I'm ordering the little simplest thing smh ..an the attitudes ughhh .if someone made you mad don't take it out on the next because I would never treat you like someone who upset YOU, I would make it right...I'm/me personally I'm gonna make sure your food right PERIOD ✅️ IM A FOODIE/FOOD CRITIC SO I KNOW ...MCDONALD'S & ALL THE RESTAURANTS GET IT TOGETHER PLEASE ?

Fast. Employees were polite and knowledgeable.. Food came out fast and HOT!!! FRIES WERE ESPECIALLY GOOD THIS TIME!!!

Their manager was very rude to me. She was completely unprofessional and argumentive. She never resolved my issue and just walked away. She needs to be trained on proper customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Girl at the second window had such a bad attitude and when I brought it to the managers attention he could care less. I know times are hard right now, but customer service is always a must. I work in the service industry and if this had happened at my job people would be written up and/or fired. I was told I had to come inside yet the lobby doors were already locked. Ridiculous!!!

It was chaos, lots of people moving around but no organization. Only one person making all the iced coffee and Frappuccinos. Our fries got cold waiting on the ice coffee and caramel Frappuccino.

Service is good, even on busy mornings they keep the line moving. Staff is kind and friendly and the food is always good. Best McDonald's in Sanford.
