I never have problems with my orders at this McDonald's but I don't think the Playland should have been taken out. It was nice taking your kids there to play and play with other kids now I hardly go there because I always went just so the kids could play and eat. Now IF I GO I run inside because the line us usually long and take it home.

Today is the second time we have purchased Happy Meals and when we got them home there was no toy inside. Let’s face it, we’re not buying them for the “haute cuisine “. It’s hard to explain to a pre-schooler why she didn’t get a toy. Should call them unhappy meals. The Spring Lane store needs to take better care of business.

I ordered special sandwiches through the app, pulled in to a curbside pickup spot. It was run out to me made the way I asked for it, and best yet, in ~3 minutes! Thanks for always exceeding my expectations McDs!

This McDonald's has bad customer service, employees that don't care, and have you sitting at the intercom for more then 30mins

March 15 2022 at 1pm ordered a fish sandwich bread was falling apart showing it was an old bun. Extra cheese was charged never put on the product. Seriously get your workers in line and have them do their job correctly not hard managers check over orders. I refuse to go in to complain why you ask look how they can't even take pride in their work you already know they will have a huge attitude if they are made to make it again. So get on them corporate seems they need more help than you think.

Flies were in the dining room. 4 landed on the table I was at.The entire restaurant was Very dirty and there was a heavy moisture in the air. All the tables were dirty.We decided for our health we could not eat there and left without ordering.I would beware of this McDonald's. Very below par for this franchise.

Horrible customer service needs to be improved and I ordered teas that they all tasted like SALT!!!!

They get orders incorrect. I asked for a large iced mocha, they tried to give me a sweet tea. I told them I got iced mocha, then they handed me an iced caramel coffee.

I stopped on Sunday morning to get my usual Sunday breakfast on the way to church. I ordered what I always ordered, a sausage McMuffin, and whenever I pulled to the service window they asked me to pull forward and park in a parking space to wait for my food. All of the parking spaces were full, and I had been has to do this before and waited for 10 minutes for my sandwich. So, I refused to pull forward today. The manager was indignant, yelled at the other people to stop taking orders so we could deal with this person, and then whenever they did throw my food at me their salt all in my sandwich. they intentionally tampered with my food, which is a crime, in order to get back at me from making their wait time go up. I expect a message from a real manager.

I have been there twice and they have gotten my orders wrong both times. Asked for a medium decaffeinated caramel iced coffee and they gave me a caramel frappe. It's not the same thing, never again.
