This establishment is laid back and comfortable. You can play the Jukebox, watch sports and chill. Love It!
You can't go wrong at Joe's. Great food, drinks and folks. Side note: I accidentally put someone else's keys in my pocket and didn't realize it until I did laundry a week later. Oops. So, you can't go wrong at Joe's...but I apparently can. ☺
The food is ok. Nothing super fancy, but it's good. There are usually only 2 people doing tables on a busy night. The servers work their butts off! My friend group comes here once a week. We like to hangout in the arcade/dining area to the right. I always have a great time. It's a nice little place. Here are a few tips before you come here for the first time: Seat yourself. It's usually a 20 to 30 minute wait for food, but if it's a crazy night it could take longer. After your meal, have your card ready. They are sometimes slow to give us the check. If you had a good time, tip your server 20%. Hope you have a good experience!
It's busy and short staffed. The waitress was very nice and food good, but they need help. I'm pretty sure the waitress we had managed all of the tables by herself to include mixing the drinks. I would give it a 5 but we got there at 7:30 and got our food close to 8:30. And it was just wings and fries.
Local Joe's has a great menu and prices are very reasonable.
Great place ! Wish the kitchen stayed open past 9 PM !! Going to Temple theater then wanting to get a drink and some food and nothing is open for food past 9 PM downtown !!!

Always been one of my favorite places and Joe is one of my favorite people to hang out with. Great food! Great service! Homey atmosphere. Joe's is the place to go for great pizza and good conversation in downtown Sanford.
I ordered 20 wings and some chips tonight and my wings were no good. They must have been left out because they had a foul smell. I took them back and was told my money would be refunded at the end of the night at closing. Beware I could have gotten sick from eating here tonight.
BEWARE!!!My wings were literally spoiled. I ordered 20 wings and they were bad. Never again will I order from here.
