Normally our family rarely eats fast food; however, while our kitchen was being renovated I picked up dinner here at least 1x a week. Regarding the food quality, it is like every other KFC. It is greasy and mediocre, but relatively inexpensive and fast. One is not dining a KFC for excellent food, rather b/c of the convenience.Regarding this KFC, I always found the service to be quite good for a fast food restaurant. Staff was always polite, service was always quick, and they never made a mistake on an order. Even when the drive thru was 5-6 cars deep, I never waited more than a few minutes. Beyond unhappy with my visit thru the drive thru this afternoon. I had passed by and picked up dinner 2 weeks ago and decided to get the same meals again tonight. When giving my order to the cashier I was rudely informed that Cole slaw does not come with the 1 piece meals I was ordering and it has not come with that meal the entire time she has worked there. Oddly enough it did when I got it 2 weeks ago. I believe she could have advised me of this or approached this issue in a more professional and positive manner. If I wasn't expecting company for dinner and we hadn't planned to have KFC in advance I would have gone somewhere else. To add insult to injury I was not even given a receipt.
Pulled up at 9:45pm to the drive thru to place an order. There was a car in front of me already at the menu placing an order so i thought. I waited behind the car for 10 mins and it finally moved forward but it went and parked in a parking spot. So i get to the menu and a young lady got on the intercom and said we're closed. I said no problem and started driving away but then i realized the car that was in front of me was kfc employees. So basically they blocked the drive thru amd made me wait till 5 mims before closing to say were closed. Smh, managment needs to be replaced.
Guys look yall have to work with these door dashers and Uber drivers.Just because you think messing up orders won't impact you. I can reassure you and anyone else i have to order from if you can't read and do what you're told things will change. Stop messing up the orders.
Sanford KFC is in need of new management. Every time I come here I'm ask to pull up and wait for order sometimes up to 30 minutes. Also I always get shorted on and item I ordered. Service here absolutely sucks.
I was in there this eveningAnd have never dealt with such poor service! I was completely ignored.The manager that was on shift had completely ignored me when I asked if I could please place my order. At this point I chose to leave and give popeyes my business.
Ordered the Beyond chicken and it was delicious. Crunchy, not to salty and a great chicken taste even though it is made from plants. Will definitely be getting that again.
TERRIBLE!!! ripped off. Ordered $20 fill up and was charged $26.74. Asked & confirmed twice that we wanted dark meat only and asked to swap the coleslaw for an extra mash. Got home and found it was white meat and didn't have a coleslaw or mash potato. Opened up the bucket and the 4 biscuits were on top smashed flat unedible! It is a terrible place full of unsavory unkempt looking employees. Young white kids that don't care about their jobs and certainly don't care about the food they are making. Ended up throwing it all away because we didn't trust it. I'm going to post a pic of the smashed biscuits. Stay away from this location!!!
The new chicken sandwiches are really good. The staff at the Sanford KFC are friendly and fast
Drive thru cashier was so anxious to take my order she couldn't listen to me and kept getting the order wrong. I corrected her several times and she still managed to get it wrong. Manager stood behind her with an angry face.
