After waiting over an hour for delivery. Very poor service ask for a refund and still haven’t received going on day 12…

The sandwich is not the problem it'sreallygood, it's the customer service. Those young people in there are rude they didn't speak, they just looked at me and said not one word and the guy barely wanted to ring me up. I don't know if it's because I'm a poc or if it's just them but rudeness and customer service don't mix.
I can tell the lady that often works the register would rather be anywhere else besides work. I get it but you can't wear that feeling on your face when your working customer service. Everytime she has taken my order she has just stood there looking at me with no smile waiting on me to order without saying "Hello" or "Welcome to Jimmy John's." Besides this the food has always been quick, good, and correct.
It was the best unwrap sub I have ever had. Thank you so much for catering to people who have food allergies. I will be ordering again!!! I am one very satisfied customers.
Easy to order. Not the best subs around but it'll do in a pinch.
