As of the 9th of April 2022, feel like the place at Southside Plaza has gotten worse over the past few months. The food I ordered was not correct and was an easy fix, but the food was thrown away right in front of me and had to wait longer for a meal at 1430. I plan to use Tramway Crossing Hardee's when I get off work from Wicker Street on the Saturdays that I work. Even when busy that location seems to have it together.Was the first fast food place I worked at, and was satisfied with the food offered at Hardee's compared to the other places for a quick bite. So when able, I will stop by the South SIDE PLAZA store, or the one on 87 south at Swan Station when I want some comfort food.
Good food. Service seems to be getting better with, accurate order fulfillment.
No wait, hot biscuit. Bathroom had overpowering smell of stale urine and no paper towels in either dispenser. Urinal broken. Coffee urns are cheap plastic and need cleaning badly.
The employees are rude and mean and will cop an attitude real quick even when you don't deserve it! But the food was okay that's why I gave it 2 stars!!!
Went to Hardee’s drive through and was told they were closed at 8:54 as they were serving the car ahead of me. Thank you Chick-fil-A as they are serving me now and I arrived at 8:59 and ordered.
Pull up rushed through my order, wasn't greeted at the window at all, unfriendly window cashier, and didn't receive my coin change, plus I didn't receive a full drink ( I ordered no ice and it was basically half a cup) I understand it was busy but if you don't want my business or anyone else's then don't open up.
Good place to eat. Good people and it's clean and a reasonable price.
Good food, but attention to detail is poor. Didn’t receive complete order.
This was my first visit. We used the drive thru and had coupons. We ordered 4 of the chicken sandwiches and with coupons they were buy 1 get 1 free. We pull to the window hand over the coupons. The total is adjusted to reflect the coupons. The cashier hands us our bag and tells us to have a good day. We get home (about 20 min away) and notice we only received 2 sandwiches.
They was excellent considering they didn't have a full crew working at the time I was there.
