Had a decent meal yesterday evening. My mom took me and my son to Golden Corral. It was my son's first time there and second time ever to a buffet. He was super excited for salad but unfortunately they don't carry his favorite dressing, pomegranate vinaigrette, he tried another vinaigrette and he said it was too spicey. ? He was thrilled to be able to get a big bowl of applesauce! He is really picky, but I was really surprised he liked the macaroni and cheese. We also got some of the strawberry icecream topping and mixed it in after he ate about half of his bowl. He said that was the best thing ever. ? We were pleasantly surprised to see the slushy machine and enjoyed the cherry limeade.I enjoyed the sweet potato casserole, which I always have, sautéed mushrooms, cabbage, macaroni and cheese, and a fresh dinner roll. But those are some of my "I have to haves" from Golden Corral. I did have a small slice of chocolate cake, I did not eat the icing bc I didn't like it, but the cake was really good.We did sit on the left side of the restaurant, salad bar side, and it was so very hot. The dessert side was much much cooler. The temp of the restaurant is my only complaint for this visit.
I went to meet some long time friends. The food was good. Im not a big golden coral fan however i need to give them their props.
Terrence was our server tonight and he was absolutely amazing! So polite and attentive. The food was good, steak was cooked to perfection.Thank you Terrence for being such a great server!
We went early on Valentine's Day. Very nice. Clean with friendly service. Our first time at this location. We had a pleasant experience. Prices were awesome for lunch. Less than $20 for two seniors
Nice go to, for when u dont know what u want to eat. Could used some improvement of course but! Staff very friendly.
Great customer service on behalf of the waitress and cashiers! Buffet Food trays gets constantly filled to deliver fresh food more consistently and there’s always someone cleaning which is great when there are a lot of people coming and going.
Our waiter waited till we were half way through our meal to bring our drinks. she stood at the table beside us talking while holding our plates. She knew I was drinking sweet tea and brought me unsweetened tea and my daughter sweet tea. She didn't even refill our cups until we were done eating. Worst service I have ever had.
Honestly pretty shocked. The food was actually really good. Everything was cooked well. Nothing burnt or old. The service was fantastic. Place was a little dirty but whatever. I will be going back soon. I was honestly kinda blown away. Never eaten there before but it really isn't as bad as people seem to imply. Good stuff.
Friendly staff polite, clean and well grumed. Great selection of food and deserts. MILITARY DISCOUNT WITH PROOF. VERY THOUGHTFUL. Say little messy. Looking the other way. Will definitely be back often.
Dirty dishes dirty cups under the juice machine that didn't even looked rinsed. When I told management they didn't seem to glad of me telling them almost as if I was a nausince. If they handled this different I probably would not be leaving this review. Be safe
