We both had turkey and dressing and veggie sides. Soooooo good! Wait staff is amazing, food is delicious, and all of the food choices are delicious. I recommend any of their specials, the bang bang shrimp wrap, their veggies, and save room for ice cream!
Hit or Miss. Sometimes when we visit the food is excellent but this most recent time will likely be our last. Ordered a salad to receive half a head of lettuce, 2 small slices of onion, some bacon bits, and some MOLDY cherry tomatoes. When I mentioned the salad had literal MOLD in it, nothing was done. No discount/reimbursement and the staff member I was told "checked" on the other tomatoes walked in the kitchen and walked right back out. This coupled with other reviews of raw food we will no longer feel safe eating here, which is a shame. Price is low enough to visit often but high enough the food quality should be more consistent.

Loved it here, absolutely wonderful environment with fantastic food and sundaes! It reminded me of going to an old ice cream parlor from the 90s in New York. The chocolate chip cookie dough sundae was excellent, and the fries were steller!
Stumbled upon this place after dinner and decided to check it out for their dessert menu.My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our dessert date here. She said the Hot Fudge Sundae was the best she had ever had. I loved my banana pudding. Coffee on the side was the perfect addition. Great atmosphere and great prices.
It's a nice place that is enriched in the Lee Co.,Sanford area .A place probably over half of that town can say they have eaten there. It's been through the ringer a time or two and the old 50s style soda fountain that SO0o many dinners have tried to duplicate with limited success and failures..The dairy bar also has some of the cutest little waitresses that Lee. Co. has to offer unfortunately getting them out of that county may test your patience and Christianity ??? but never the less I could see a return visit if I'm sucked into that town ??
My husband and I tried Fairview for the first time a few weeks ago, we were lucky enough to be seated in Jeremys section. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience or waiter. If you eat there I would definitely recommend requesting him. He makes a killer desert!
First time eating here at the restaurant two banana puddings and two drinks costed me $40 and some change. The price of the food wouldn't have been such a problem if the food was up to standards.One plate consisted of baked chicken which the breast was smaller than my hand. The wing was so small it looked like it came from a chick.The sweet Potato fries were the best thing on the plate.Two mini corn muffins the size of a quarter. The second plate had meat loaf and gravy and rice and potato salad which tasted like straight mustard. Sad thing is I still have to cook and I lost $40.
Have I got a special gem for you. This place has been hidden in Sanford NC since 1953!! I'm sure it's pretty much the same as it has been but updated tastefully. Lots of historic pics on the walls make the atmosphere delightful. It has a good size seating area and very clean, restrooms too. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Even when the card reader wouldn't work they made sure we were ok.Now the food!!! WOW! Prices are very good especially for the amount you get. Let me tell you if you have a hard time deciding what to order you're gonna go NUTS here. Their menu, although very simply designed, has enough choices for absolutely any pallet or picky eater. We got a jumbo version of a philly cheesesteak with au jus to dip in and a mushroom & cheeseburger, both with fries. The portions were large and the burger came in a 5 or 8 ounce size. For dessert they have a good selection of hard ice cream.I'll give this place 5 stars for... well an all around good experience. You will truly enjoy yourself.Thanks for a great meal!!!
