They kept messing up when taking our order. The girl was new (we assumed) and didn't know understand the register, which I get and can forgive. But other employees still messed up. They burnt my sandwich and didn't toast my mom's avocado toast. We're the ones inside at the time, so it being busy wasn't an excuse, especially with at least 3 employees.Would have given 1 star but the donuts were still good thankfully, so 2 stars
Ugh donuts were super stale. I know I didn't go early in the morning, but early afternoon should not make the donuts rocks

I understand that you are short staffed and dine-in is unavailable, but as a door dasher, Iam not going through you drive through and wait 10min to get an order. It doesn't require additional employees to let us in and deliver foor. Your loss!
Coffee drink was way too sweet today...
The bacon used to be crispy and a great snack for the road but now it’s almost undercooked and flimsy. The pancakes Taste like they are cooked in a plastic bag or dipped in Some kind of chemical. Are used to love coming here but my last two visits have been horrible so I will not be coming back.

I go through before work pretty regularly in the mornings. It never fails that they have an attitude or get my drink or bagel wrong. Their attitude always puts my morning down no matter how nice I try to be. I’ve had enough and won’t be back.
This Dunkin is great, they're always quick and the order is always right. Employees aren't afraid to throw some shade, I asked for a frappucino and they were like ...you mean frozen coffee? ? Yes, my bad! But if you get in line don't block traffic trying to turn left, go down and turn around! That poor shopping plaza can't handle the drive thru line
