Everytime I come to this location it’s nothing but a great experience. Jordan is always there when I stop by and he never fails to make my day better and put a smile on my face! Keep doing amazing Jordan!
So I come to this dunkin in tramway almost every day, the lady at the window named Kat is the best!! She is always so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place
Do not order the grilled cheese tomato basil. I usually have lunch here about two times a month and I usually get the grilled cheese. Today I thought I would try the new one, grilled cheese tomato basil, what a mistake, the bread was drowned in basil it was not good at all the tomatoes were all just yucky and it looked like maybe only a half a slice of cheese so it was a very disappointing lunch. The Boston cream donut was very good and the sweet tea was very good. And the person at the drive-thru window was very friendly, overall a fair experience but I have had much better ones cuz the regular grilled cheese in my book is really very good but this left so much to be desired.
Always have a great experience here, but today 6.27 the hasbrowns were pretty rough. I was excited to have hash browns. Over cooked super thin crispy pucks and cold upon delivery. I miss the fluffy yet crispy hash browns
Come here multiple times a week that they've basically memorized my order! They have never had my drink made wrong and customer service has been great! Will continue to stop by this location.
So there's confusion as soon as you walk in the door concerning where to order. There's no distinct path to either whether or not you go to the register or to the kiosk. I figured the kiosk will be quicker so I went there. I was wrong. I looked up on the monitor and saw my order is being prepared. 5 to 8 minutes go by still no order. Then it shows it ready but there's no donuts to be found. I had to walk up and ask about my order that was completed. Then they went and fixed the order. A few tweaks and a little organization would go a long way here. It seemed that their focus is all about the drive-thru and not the customers standing right in front of them.
Worst dunkin around. You have 8 employees and only 1 could offer a smile! No acknowledgement when walking unless you can consider the death stares from the miserable person working the drive through window acknowledgement.
Quick and easy. I just ordered a small Americana.Just wish they would put the sugar in first then pore the coffee.
Perhaps you guys should have signs or rethink having two lanes one for drive thru and the other for mobile orders where people just drive up and sneak in front of others so that they almost hit them and then flip them off. Even at Starbucks you have to either go inside or get in the drive thru line to pick up a mobile order they don’t have two lanes. Or designate a parking spot for mobile orders and have customers be able to tell you when they arrive so you can bring it to them. Other than that very friendly staff and quick service!
