Food has been taking over an hour. I can understand being short staff. We live 5 minutes from the place and the delivery driver is going everywhere around us. The staff was rude. I had a toddler who was hungry but wouldn’t eat nothing except for pizza. This is ridiculous. Never gonna order from here again. The fact I order around 6:45 and it is now 8:48.
absolutely the worst experience!! i’ve been ordering from this location the last 6 years and this will be my last time ordering from them. i always order a cheese pizza with light sauce. i received my pizza burnt so i called the store and told them about it and he told me that since i requested light sauce that pizzas like that tend to burn more easy, all he offered me was an $8.00 store credit. i asked him if he honestly thought i was going to eat that!? so he finally offered to send me a replacement. i got the replacement and it literally looked like it was thrown in the box, i’m thinking it was to be spiteful for calling and complaining about the first pizza. so i then called back and asked if it was a joke? i have never had a pizza come either way, maybe not cut good but usually edible and in shape. he claims to be the store manager and the general manager. absolutely everything about the situation was unprofessional. not to mention i’m pregnant and haven’t ate pizza since finding out and was finally brave enough and wanted it!?
The app claims that the Dominos in Tramway Crossings is open until midnight. I just moved into this area, am tired and hungry, but the guy inside claims that they closed at 11pm. Though I walked in the door at 11:01 pm, he wouldn't take my carryout order. I stopped because I received a welcome coupon in the mail. After being lied to and turned away tonight, I filed a complaint with the corporate office. I won't be going back to this location. That's for sure.
Crazy busy during Final 4 playoff, totally forgot and teenagers placed an order for pick up. Staff was drowning in orders but showed true team work. Drivers helped between delivery, I waited 20 minutes and watched them work like mad and never once complained.
I got a thin crust pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks with Marianne sauce so we called domino's and they said that it wasnt pulled up on the order and I told them that I want to get my sauce and like I said they said that it wasn't pulled up on the order so they said if you want to buy it again you can BUY it for like 26 cents but me being nice I said no I just wont buy it I know this is a small simple problem but I saw other reviews and some surprised me 99 percent don't recommend
Made a carry-out order, was told the total price and the length of time, all good. Was never asked for a name. Got to the store and was told by one employee it would be a little while. Took my groceries to the car and came back. The first employee left for a delivery, now I am told I don't even have anything ordered. Called Papa John's they got my order right and it was $12 less. Later DOMINOS. Not the first time I've had problems with your business.
Horrible experience, I ordered 3 pizzas and 2 of them were WRONG! I ordered ham and bacon with no sauce and pepperoni and bacon and NEITHER pizza had bacon on it. I called and complained and was told they would be replaced. I went in today to get them replaced and was told it couldn't be don't because one of their workers obviously didn't do their job and put it in the system. So I spent 25 dollars on pizza to not get what I paid for and not get it replaced. I work in food and that's not how it's supposed to go down. It's not the customers fault when an employee fails at their job.
Usually the pizzas here are excellent but not today. The cheese wasnt melted and i ordered a veggie pizza. Who adds can tomatos to a cooked pizza? Worst pizza i ever had folks.
I ordered a pizza and nearly 45 minutes went by before they moved it to "baking" from "preparing"... I called to see if everything was OK and I was greeted with attitude. I understand that you may be short staffed but I'm just trying to see what is going on. Pizza finally came an hour an 27 minutes later and it was BURNT! The wings had no sauce and when I called back again to express this... again I was greeted with an attitude. The resolution was a "free pizza" on my next visit.... but what am I suppose to do tonight?!?! Dah well... bologna sandwiches it is!
Barely any sauce and the garlic twists are tiny!! They were seriously half a bite. It's like they are trying to save ingredients. 2nd time it's happened. Very disappointed.
