I just want my pan pizza remade it was doughy the managers are nice seeing that they came from another store I call over 10 times an line busy, because my food not right ? I ordered online an gave a great tip to the driver as always but I wish owners would reach out to me...721 8768
The last time I ordered from this store I canceled the order after it was not ready in an hour. Today I ordered at 11:54 PM and I am still waiting at 12:35. I understand people are short handed everywhere but it might be time to close this one down until they re-staff!
Pizza is good but I understand that due to pandemic restaurants are suffering because short staff, but the waiting was over 1 hr. Is crazy !!
It sure would have been nice to know there was 120 minute delivery time before I ordered my pizza. According to the tracker it's been done and it's sitting on their counter waiting for somebody to bring it to me. I remember when Pizza used to be delivered in 30 minutes and although I'm not asking for that 2 hours is a bit much. Next time I'll call Papa John's.Pizza finally arrived luke warm.
Never had a bad pizza from here. I placed an order last week online and the wait time was an hour and 30 min. I thought the timer gauge was wrong but nope. They must have just been that busy or perhaps short staffed. Either way the staff was very friendly and apologetic for the wait time. The pizza was delicious. :)
I'm a truck driver who called in a order from 2.6 miles down the road and was told 40-45 minutes and at 1.5 hr later still no delivery. So I call back and get put on hold for 8 min then disconnected.
So ticked off with this Domino's customer service and delivery from the Domino's Pizza store 1602 S Horner Blvd, Sanford, NC. The manager Christie refused to assist me with my on line order. I tried to order with a coupon and because the app couldn't locate the address it wouldn't allow me to place the order. I called the store and spoke to Christie who rudely replied well why don't you just come and pick it up. Maybe this is why this stores reviews are below a 3.5

This is the fourth time in a row that it too three hours to receive 2 medium pizzas. I will be ordering from Papa John's from now on.
I ordered at 4:46 and somehow my pizza hasn't left the prep stage. At the time of this review, it's 5:56.
