Rarely do I have a flawless dinner but Cracker Barrel knocked it out of the park! The food was fantastic for both my wife and I but what really made the dinner perfect was our waitress Colleen! I can't recall a more perfect delivery of professionalism, friendliness and attention to detail from any waiting staff! You set the bar high for your peers Colleen and they would be wise to follow your example. Kudos.

Pretty much sub par everything here. Didn't like the vibe meatloaf was pretty good but overall I have to say I'm disappointed. Then again. I prefer a more sophisticated taste. If you love butter, this place beats waffle house hands down for pancakes, haven't tried their burgers yet though .....

Was not a good experience at this location. I’ve never had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel. But here, will not go again. This location was just nasty. Our chairs had food stuck to them, which I had to clean/scrapeOff myself. Our table had a film on it like it had not been wiped down or wipe down with a rag that had not been cleaned. Some of our food was hot and some seemed to have been sitting. Our waitress was very nice, but visited our table 2 times for our visit. The hostess was lighting the oil lights on tables and could tell I was waiting, he asked if I needed anything and brought us to go boxes and a to go drink. Will not go back to this location. The others locations I have been to were clean and the food was hot and fresh.

Love to eat here. The waitress might have been new. Spilled half my okra in my lap? She brought me another order and all was well. Always enjoy the gift shop.

Good food. Nice portions. I waited 25 minutes past my estimated pick up time before receiving my curbside order and I had to call after 20 minutes of waiting to make that happen. The service was friendly.

On Fridays it's a usual thing for me to come here to eat by myself. A few weeks ago I had a great meal. But the other day my meal came out in less than like 5 minutes and I got fried chicken pinto beans fried okra and cornbread and none of it was fresh at all and I was very upset. So I paid $15 for a meal that I did not eat and it was very old I can tell it had been sitting out forever. I know what fresh food taste like and I used to work in food service and on top of all this I was having a bad day so not a good experience. If I go to a sit-down restaurant I just prefer to wait for my fresh food instead of eat something that's been cooked a long time ago

My son and I decided to get breakfast today Feb 13. We decided on cracker barrel. We decided to get a to go order. The waiterss taking our order seemed as if my son and I was intruding and disturbing her. I get it was busy but come on. The french toast was oddly soggy, in my order my bacon was burnt, I was missing the turkey patty, my eggs (scrambled) were hard. The grits had no flavor at all. We also ordered the cookies and creme hot chocolate the cups were half filled. It was a total waste of damn near $30. We definitely won't be going back.

good food sirloin was on point

Quality has gone down. The bread for the French toast now is small not the square bread for french toast that we always get. The cashier stated that next time to order the bigger bread, I have been visiting this place for years and never never I had to specify the bread. I guess it has to be with the shortage of items, at least let the customer know. The casserole hash brown small portion serve on a small plate not on the regular iron pan. For almost $4 dollars crazzy. The food was barely warm, probably spend too much time on the ready table. Not good. This was our favorite place to eat breakfast on my days off. Always ordered Mamas French toast, not anymore. I guess will eat at home for now on.

The meal was good. The waitress was very kind.
